Locker room is clean, equipment well maintained. Says on the door they're open 24 hours 5 days a week, but they just started closing at 11pm on weekdays, 7 on weekends.

This is a great gym to work out in. It is very clean and organized. The staff is always polite and professional.

Great place to workout doesn't take long to get the machine you want to use except for the Smith machine those are always busy

Every time I try to do the 30 minute workout there is people in that area that comes in and stays on one machine. I have seen people on the same machine for 15 minutes and will not move so you can keep going on the routine. I thought the purpose of that area was to follow the lights so you can get a whole workout done in 30 minutes.

If you are thinking about taking the classes do it! Rene is wonderful!! Her spirit is amazing and she really wants you to meet your goals. Since taking the classes I dropped a few pounds and my clothes fit different.

Went to the gym at 1:00am this morning to find a sign closes at 11:00pm tonight. It would have been nice if they placed the sign the night before to let the people that work out the overnight that they would be closing early, got up for nothing. In the 4 1/2 years I've been coming to this location, it has been so mismanaged, extremely high turnover and very low pay for employees. When I go home to S. Florida and and go to PF they're huge difference in the way it's operated and they know how to treat their employees and customers. All 5 locations always open 24/7 not like in Greensboro where there is only 1 PF open 24 hours 4 nights a week.3/3/2023 Went to the gym at 1:00 am and was closed again. Looked at website and says closes at 9:00pm at least they updated their website, not like 2 days ago with a handwritten sign. All PF locations in Greensboro & Winston Salem all closed at 9:00 pm, yet on the doors it still says 24/5 which should be taken off their doors. Didn't feel like driving the 100 miles to Danville which was closest PF open. This is what happens when you don't pay your employees well, or treat them as assets, no one wants to work there. I was at Market Street PF when the young man died on the leg press this past summer and saw how the 2 employees there were treated by management and heard the comment made by him about the deceased. I've had the same 63 employees over almost 5 years so really can blame it on people not wanting to work. I guess I'll have to go to the 24 hour on Battleground to be able to actually workout at 1:00 am in the morning and know I can always have access at anytime there.

The staff is great the atmosphere is great as well. They try their best to keep the gym as clean as possible especially the bathrooms.

a good place good atmosphere. If you are thinking of going, keep in mind that you must know a little about gym routines or get advice separately since there are no people in the place who take care of that. for the rest it is quite good

The location on West Market St. in Greensboro, NC is the cleanest gym. The entire team is always cleaning the equipment and locker rooms. The manager of this location is awesome. She sets the standard for her team because she also does cleaning which motivates her team to do the same without being asked. They are also very nice and courteous. I pass several to come to this location because of the excellent customer service. They get a 2 thumbs up!!!
