Adjust posted hours according to actual opening time. Woke up early to wait 30-40 mins for the gym not to open at Gate City. Drove to West Market location that is advertised as open and that location is also closed.

I am consistently impressed by the friendly staff snd thorough cleaning that is always in progress. Plenty of space and great ventilation.

The staff was great, I signed up online on Friday and all I had to do was scan my phone. The locker rooms and showers were clean.

Took over 100 dollars. Ridiculous only had since March. Then I blocked from routing number they used my card. I paid 30 to my bank to block and then they took my money. I blocked my routing number and debt card. Ridiculous. Terrible people. Who can't stop membership online. They make you go to the store. What? They are greedy. I am so angry. I would never use them. Don't recommend.

First time at this location. Great layout and very inviting. Did the 30min circuit this go round during lunch and wasn't too crowded. Very clean and warm showers. Staff was friendly.

The bullhorn is louder than people slamming weight. Half of staff have poor attitudes and only greet and farewell certain members. They wear their masks down off their noses but tell you to pull yours up and states its a law. Members that don't parlay with staff are subject to stiffer rules. The cleanliness is great. Staff will double standardly confront ones about a mask but won't confront the weight slammers and the grunts but instead making the innocent suffer to a raging bull horn at their discretion. Not to mention the blonde trainer is louder than everyone else working out by clapping her hands and yelling motivational comments. Did I forget to mention how condescending the staff can be at times showing raw attitude with it. Before I forget...they play the music so loud at night that I can't focus on my workouts peacefully. So all in all...Planet Fitness is a clean, loud and double standard place to exercise. One good thing is the cheap price.
