This gym is amazing. It is convenient and clean. The management, staff and trainers are all professional and friendly. They are wonderful to their clients and they truly want to see us achieve results. The equipment is in good condition and there is a good variety. I love my gym and my trainer, Marylou!

I enjoyed going to this facility up until Covid hit. Obviously the gym was unsafe to visit and trying to discontinue my membership has been a nightmare. The only option that I had was to mail a letter with my cancellation request, which I did 06/2020. I have recently discovered that I continued to be billed for days/months that I could not return (by law) and they have now engaged in threat tactics to get me to pay more money. I'm very disappointed that this is how they treat their customers during a time when compassion and understanding is needed most.
