This place gives you the best advantage when it comes to your self defense training. For the price of membership you don't just learn one discipline. You have the fullness of the gym available to you. Every class, every style. You can come as much or as little as you want or your schedule allows. Rashad teaches multiple disciplines because each one has its own advantages and disadvantages. By learning them together, one is able to combine different skills to help in any defense situation. Unlike many martial arts instructors, Rashad doesn't just hand out ranks. You have to earn it here. His teaching style leaves you feeling challenged, yet fullfilled. If you're serious about learning well rounded self defense, this is the gym for you. You won't be disappointed.

I enrolled my son in the kids classes to start off with, Rashad and Crystal have such a great way of teaching children and building their confidence that I myself decided to give the adult classes a shot. I wasn't disappointed! The best thing about this school is the fact that it's not a one size fits all method of teaching. Rashad and Crystal take time to see how the students learn and customize their approach of teaching self defense accordingly. I've had the opportunity to attend some wonderful seminars since joining this school and after every class I walk away feeling better about my skills daily. There are plenty of class times to pick from so you really get your money's worth! The team is filled with great people of various backgrounds and skill types. Rashad is skilled in so many disciplines of martial arts and more importantly has had real life experiences where he has had to put his self defense tools to work, if you want the best look no further!
