Wow! Amazing facility-super clean and welcoming environment. Alberto gave my son a trial private lesson and within minutes understood my sons needs giving him confidence and truly having fun with him! Darin the owner made us feel at home and offered many affordable options which include as many classes a week you’d like to take. It’s not a pay by class as with other places. This system allows for flexibility and choice. You can take multiple classes throughout multiple martial arts disciplines. Check it out-great for all ages!

I've been going there for about 6 months. The place, staff, and instructors are amazing. Started taking my son there as well and he loves it! There are different classes to choose from and the scheduling is very convenient for working adults. Darin, Chris, Aaron, and the rest of the team are super.

Give me a one star and call me crazy for NOT leaving a review to my favorite gym(lol)! Guy's this gym is like a 2nd home and the instructors and students feel like a family, after you get a kimura locked on you(lol-jk).The instructors are kind individual's that do not judge you and love to see you succeed at the goals you set for yourselves whether its finding peace, losing weight or gaining experience for competitions. They also educate people on guns and yes they offer gun classes.Cannot forget to mention, if you have children this school is kid friendly, the kids are taught the language for the Art they are learning and they inhibit a STRONG self esteem morale and discipline. This school also has an organized set time for Junior's and Youth's. When I enrolled my little cousin into this school he learned how to count in the Japanese language, he was only 6 at that time.I must tell you about the building which is always clean, the restrooms and shower area are CONSTANTLY cleaned and the mats are ALWAYS sanitized. For those that are gun advocates, they do sell but the store is always locked so you must ring the bell and show your licenses.I can continue to brag about my school and my second family all day but the school does offer a one day complimentary class for you to try out and come experience the thrill of being in a building that you may call home and family one day so, Come On Down!

I brought my two grandsons Zachary and Aidan in for the free introductory class. They learned a few things in 3 different styles from Elias. Watching Elias finish a private lesson and then with Zachary and Aidan, how he explained everything to them, he's very good with his students. I met Bruno as well and was able to talk with him for a few minutes. Good people, nice place.If you are able and have the time take the introductory class.God Bless Eric

We love it here at Plus One. We love our Krav Maga class and are venturing on to Muay Thai and looking forward to learning even more styles. The classes are empowering and fun and you also get a fantastic workout. We are grateful to have been introduced to the Plus One family.

The instructors and students are so friendly and encouraging. I’ve always wanted to learn self defense and martial arts but as an adult with no previous experience, it seems so intimidating. If anyone out there feels like that, I want to let you know that this is the place for you to start and the place for you to grow. Awesome! Shout out to Chris for Krav Maga class. I truly feel safer because of my training.

I'm traveling for work and I stopped by Plus One Defense Systems school to check it out. I was blown away at how incredibly nice and welcoming everyone was from white belts to black belts. The instructions were clear, the techniques were detailed, and the rolls were amazing. Great technical and hard rolls, beautiful and clean facility, all belt levels, and kind people. Can't really beat that. Come train!

Joining Plus One Defense Systems has been one of the best decisions I have made - training under such expertise has been incredible. As a woman, this training has been truly empowering and seeing what our bodies are capable of has been eye-opening. Not to mention the different styles you can train in. 100% recommend this school!
