Great place to workout, but no one reracks their weights. Or if they do, i think they're illiterate because they dont know how to read or place them in the right area. I'd give this 0lace a 5 star if the members and team members would practice gym etiquette.

Terrible customer service, no human element to the workers at this gym. After spending $150 for a guest pass for 3 consecutive days, Not only does their guest pass only last til midnight, but even if you paid $50 at 11:59, they won't let you in if you left and came back at 12:01. I wasn't aware of that, so I returned the next day thinking I could use the pass I bought last night, after all, I only used it for 4 hours last night, so...not only was I not allowed to enter only 8 hours after purchasing a guest pass but the employee at the desk was very unprofessional, to the point where we were arguing in front of customers. Worst, gym, ever.
