24 Hour Fitness

This gym is always out of something. The music is too loud and a/c is way too high, hard to stay warm.

Not safe, do not go. My wallet was stollen in the locker. My car also got break in the parking lot.

Today, I was told I couldn't work out here, telling me my membership is for small and old center, if I wanted to work out there i need to pay 40 bucks a month to them and I been a member before they gotten out of high school and started working there... I will no t go back there. Rude, telling me I need to work out somewhere else....

The mens showers are disgucusting and the new people that are trying to sign up should think about it more then once . At the door it says the are closed for cleaning but it sure don't look like it . And it don't even deserve 1 star

Maintaining of gym has gone down. Shower handles missing, shower heads replaced with cheap No flow heads. Always out of soap. I've been here since its opening. Gone down tremendously 😪 …

I wish they will greet me when I come in, the staff are very busy having covertation with each other at the front desk. The daycare is very bad, my two year old got hurt, thankfully there was another little girl there and she told me my baby got hurt twice. When I ask the young man watching over my daughter he lie to me and said no, so I call the manager we watch the cámaras and she did got hurt. So I don’t feel save living my daughter in there also the first thing the manager said was That the young man was taking care of a smaller child, so my daughter does not matter anymore. Yes that was my experience at this gym and I feel it won’t change. The people that exercise are the ones that pay them. so they should be nicer to us and treat us nice, Wish us a good workout out and say good bye so we feel welcome and not just the first time when we enroll. Thanks 🙏

There people carrying their bags on the floor and no body tell them anything. They can cause an accident. They are jumping in the weights and the bags are in a machine and no body can use that machine because the staff are speaking and playing on the door. There are three people and I went to tell them about the bags and one person answer to me there are signs but not all the people follow the rules of the gym. They did not go to tell them something. It is horrible.I let phillip knows the problem with the bags.

Running machine not service. Sona , steem,pool and jacuzzi area is close for hours and that’s is changed by janter. Towels is very low class I don’t even is use on cleaning my cars like that and parking is not safe my car been broken couple times last years but staff is very nice friendly that’s only reason I still going there . I’m adding this today because im sick and tired for one lady trainer every day she torcher with her yelling and high volume her own speaker if you don’t trust please come by in morning. I don’t know way mangment don’t care about this. I paid 4 membership in this club every month and feel worthless right now.if you sign up please consider this first and check out your self thanks also no more towels . I’m members since 1994

High traffic gym. Typical for the bay area. Very limited parking. If you pull in on a weekday afternoon expect to drive circles in the parking lot. You COULD park across the street at the target though. Once inside you'll see the gym is small and overly crowded. Dont expect to do your usual routine.

I knew there was a reason that I canceled my membership here. I purchased a $25 guest pass last night. I had also inquired about resuming my membership at all 24 hour locations due to travel for work. However I was basically dismissed and told to check with my local facility back in Colorado. I came back again tonight to use the guest pass that I purchased less than 24 hours ago, and was told that I would need to purchase another $25 pass to work out. Clearly the people here do not care about providing adequate customer service, nor do they care about recapturing business that was lost for the same reason. Very underwhelming
