Ok, this place is looking dirty, all the equipment is banged up, mats are old, and this is suppose to be a "Super Sport", c'mon! Where's my monthly dues going?

Not a bad gym considering it's a 24, but better get there by 5am if you want to easily find parking

My home away from home! Take the U-Jam classes for free and learn how to dance while you lose weight at the same time! Anyone can do this even if you say that you have two left feet! It's cheapest to buy a membership through Costco but they have the 3 or 7 free day passes at all of the sales desks if you just ask. U-Jam!!!!

Its not the best super sport I’ve ever been to but it’s decent, especially for the area. I recommend coming early in the morning for the least crowding. Bathroom is clean but not as clean as many of the other super sports I’ve been to in other parts of the Bay Area and SoCal.

I had my wallet stolen from the gym.. the lock was cut and the people went through everything and started charging on the card soon after.. It seems there are pro's who target people.. Good Luck to anyone who uses the lockers. The front desk seemed to act like this is a normal thing and so did the local Hayward police.

Andres, the manager, is incredibly rude. I just moved here from DC, so naturally, I do not have a California license. They would not let me get a guest pass without bringing my lease. Since when do I have to prove I live somewhere to go to a gym? He was extremely rude, and couldn’t have cared less about my business. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM!!!

**THIS SHOULD BE ONLY 1 STAR, because i know lot of people are looking for 5 star comment and that is how all those positive review got people's attention and i never write comment on Google review, but i need to tell this to other people before they go in there** Just be aware of if you have a 2 years All-Club membership from Costco because they didn't show THIS IS A SUPER-SPORT-CLUB on Google Map review and once you get in, they will try to convince you upgrade to Super-Sport and here is my story. One of the front desk which i don't remember his name because that was my first time going there and i only saw him once, he told me that I could use my rest of my credit to upgrade to Super-Sport, but he DIDN'T told me those credit are actually the rest of my money that i bought from Costco and upgrade to Super-Sport without paying anything for 2 months and I can cancel after it so i can get a new 2 years membership from Costco. He also told me i can get another normal All-Club 2 years membership from Costco again, but he DIDN'T told me that I used rest of my 10 months All-Club membership exchanged just ONLY for 2 months of Super-Sport. I am not sure if i had misunderstood because English is not my first language or i feel like i got scam by that guy, or he might have employee credit by successfully helping people upgrade their membership AND that is just only my guesses. Hope this comment will help other people understand what is going on with their upgrade membership thing if you ALREADY have a 2 years All-Club membership.

Probably the worst when it comes to kids klub. If your looking to bring your kids during your workout, I suggest going to different location. Might need to drive further, but you’ll save more time. This gym is also terrible when it comes to (having enough staff, small basketball ct, and too small to call it a super sport.) I’ve been to 24 hour fitness active in Orange County that has more amenities than this gym.
