Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to tell me that guest passes can't be activated before 9am. It'd be nice if in the email notification it stated that, but it simply says "Attached is the Guest Pass you requested. Please bring the attachment to the club and allow us to show you the club and activate your complimentary Pass." This makes it seem like all you have to do it walk in.Secondly you can't sign up before 9am in person. You need to be signed up by a sales person, so my money isn't wanted I guess. On a side note, I drove down the street to fitness 19 and I got a guest pass, and someone is going to reach out about a membership... and doesn't mind if I sign up at 7am, Woah?!

I had a wonderful experience here. First and foremost I want to give a shout out of excellence to a employee named Karelia. She went above and beyond her duties showing me the entire place here. Making me feel at right at home. She explained all the pricing being friendly polite professional and just down to earth. I had a great experience on the bicycle which really helps my knee. Awesome Place five stars really thinking about joining. 👉👏👏

I agree just joining and these young people who work don’t have customer service skills and integrity — calling corporate the bathrooms are not clean plus it should be staff that clean machines feels stuffy needs new air filters sometimes I feel all in the gym are not members just here to play and work out for free

My card was charged $100.00 five times from this place.When I was first signing up on site, I asked to pay with Apple Pay. They said it didn’t work after hours and the worker wrote down my credit card information.Mind you I knew that was off but continued with it anyways.The next morning. 500 was charged from “ City Sports “When I only agreed to the 168.98 that it was. For the first last month initiation fee.Awful place. Dirty place. Several machines currently broken and dirty.I still go here, sadly.

I joined City Sports about 8 months ago. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and daily janitorial staff. I was underwhelmed by the management. Once I signed on the dotted line with one I was immediately forgotten and became invisible. …

Some members are just too lazy and inconsiderate not to put the weights back where it supposed to be. Not enough staffing in the front most of the time. And if they do they just sit there and chat. Never once I saw a staff go around the club if it needs cleaning and organizing.

I joined over summer. It’s ok. Cleanliness is decent but the bathrooms are hit and miss. Sometimes clean and sometimes upside down. And they allow people not to wear masks….they have signs posted to wear a mask but that’s it. I try to go in during off hours…
