To whom it May concern:The gym was dirty, it has a bad smell, people and some workers go around without masks, lousy customer service from the receptionist and little ethics and professionalism, the workers in general do not help you if you have a complaint or concern, a disaster and the manager so that speaking said that whoever did not like her to leave. I hope they do not run out of clients because of her, I see why that gym has the price it has

Joey and Chris did an exceptional job in getting me signed up at Planet Fitness. They were very cordial, helpful and did an excellent service to me.

Bri is a very super wonderful assistant manager. She is and impeccable listener and an overall wonderful person. She went out of her way to discover an issue that has been ongoing for quite sometime in which the other gym managers just brushed off as frivolous and unfixable. However Bri of planet fitness in Miami lakes found the issue in less than 20min. My favorite planet fitness assistant manager thus far. Bri has the gift and qualities of being one of the best people person who is cut out for the planet fitness environment.

I’ve been coming here for 4 years. I believe they’ve recently changed the chemicals they use for cleaning the machines. Ive been having severe allergic reactions every time I leave the gym. The smell of chemicals is beyond. Please change the chemicals you’re using or dilute them in water. This is the closest gym to my home. I don’t want to cancel my membership.

Nice location,clean, but poor quantity of equipment, staff is good !

It is a lack of respect how they treat customers in this place when you make a complaint about something they think they are the owners of the place and say that they can do whatever they want in the gym words of the supervisor something that I do not believe I imagine that if the owner finds out, he won't like it. My husband's account was canceled because he raised a problem, he said he was going to give the complaint to the central office and put a review on the page, it seems that the supervisor didn't like it and I cancel the account without further ado. What a lack of respect and professionalism so great (a disaster)

Experience was great, was greeted kindly, and found the gym clean. Especial thanks to Bailey who gave a great tour of the place and really made me feel welcomed. Definitely recommend this gym for those in the area

Terrible experience and Staff. Weights are constantly scattered around the gym, 60 treadmills but not one bench press or squat rack, individuals taking 10 different dumbells to their bench or spot just to get a workout and leaving nothing for anyone else. Not even worth the price to go here. Highly do not recommend.

The gym is good , and the employees are nice. Except for the new manager . She’s literally a b**** told me i couldn’t bring my guest , but yet again i pay the for the black card . Which clearly states that i can bring whoever i want . Then when i asked her to downgrade my membership since i can’t “bring anyone “ she wanted to charge me 40 dollars . That’s way more than the membership it’s self . Like i said the gym is great but the new manager with black hair has a terrible attitude .

Josh, Chaviano twin brothers, Eric and Danielle are amazing and helpful staff members. Ensuring registration was smooth, always greeting and keeping the facility clean.
