Rudy has been a great employee service experience he shows a lot of love around the work environment. He’s a great person to communicate with, and does great with making people feel comfortable. The Planet fitness atmosphere definitely feels more at home with his character.

This team is so amazing since day one Vicky is an excellent manager and team leader . Bri is also very helpful and funny and steph is always cleaning and making sure everything is clean. I’m very happy with my choice of gym! Good job planet fitness .

Great facility with very helpful staff and they have an amazing trainer, he’s very attentive and knowledgeable.Trainer Jesus gave us an orientation of the facility and created a workout plan to fit our needs. He’s hands down the best!!

Bunch of FAKE 5 star google reviews. While leaving the gym one of the employees asked me to leave a 5 star review on google and in return they’ll let me bring anyone I want to workout for 1 day FREE? Like seriously? No wonder I see somany “5 star” reviews for this gym everyone gets a FREE 1 day pass to bring a friend. That’s NOT how you conduct business. So I’m leaving 1 star (wish it was 0 star) for that ridiculous comment. This gym is always packed, never clean and I’m canceling my membership after being there for 1 month

The staff is nice. But the gym goers are nasty at this location. They don't clean the machine before or after they are done. I guess sweaty privates don't matter to them. Also don't know how to put things back where they belong. Can't wait for the new machines. Especially treadmills. The current ones are always breaking down.

First of all I want to say that Brianna is excellent. She greets me every time I come in and I never see her in a bad mood. She brings amazing energy and customer service. Gym has changed over the past couple of months and I have to say , it looks fantastic -with all new equipment, it’s a pleasure working out here…everything runs nice & smooth! -machines keep count, love that! I would have to wait for dumbbells, now there is enough 🙌🏼Staff is very attentive & prompt in filling up the cleaning stations. There’s an overall cleanliness feel to it. It’s great!Also noticed the new drink selection!! 🍉😋Thank you 🙏🏽 keep it up!

I came into the gym today and was shown what I figured was a great example of customer service. Dahomy was very polite and respectful and always gave help when needed. I really appreciated the service and told her I plan to return frequently!
