My home gym with PlanetFitness is in Miramar. Yesterday I was doing my shoulders and arms. Somehow my car keys fell out of my pocket without me realizing it happened. I retraced my steps, checked garbage cans, and I could not find my keys anywhere. I was thinking I would have to spend $300 to call a locksmith.Kasey and Nicholas decided to help me. They scoured the gym to locate my keys. After about 20 minutes they found my keys in the ab room. I have no idea how they got there as I was not in that area of the gym the entire day. I want to give Kasey and Nicholas a huge thumbs up for going above and beyond for me in locating my keys. Thanks so much guys for your outstanding help resolving my issue.Steve

The staff here are super friendly, the environment doesn’t make new gym people scared, and the staff listen to any of your concerns and listen truthfully. I love this location and I’m sure anybody else thinking of joining will too.

Half of the machines with Error 138, nobody takes care of it, half of the bikes broken as well and to add up to the situation Dani, at the front desk (lady), very rude. Cancelling my black card immediately

Chavi and Joshua had great service at the front desk and everything is clean the gym is amazing. I want to thank all staff there for an amazing time at the gym.

The Staff is a JOKE. They lie to you every chance they get and then finally get brave and say "Well thats how it is " Wife had a membership that she wanted to cancel, she was told to wait until October 6th and all of a sudden, an ANNUAL charge pops up on Octboer 3rd. I call and speak with the manager who couldnt care less. Nobody takes ownership of the situation and finall says "Well you are not getting a refund and thats they way it is"I told the manager I would write this review anywhere I had a chance and she could only say "I undestand" Its not about the annual fee, its the principle of the whole thing.... Dont lie to people Planet Fitness !!!!!!! Stay away from Planet Fitness and especially this club location

This place had really brought the best out of me. My goals and achievements wouldn’t have been successful without the help of the amazing crew and the PF in Miami lakes. Thanks too all the amazing staff.

Been going here for years! If you just need a basic good workout and you're new to going to the gym you can't beat the price.The stair masters are definitely a highlight for me and there are plenty of treadmills if you really need to get a run in. They added rowers about a year or so ago too which was an awesome addition.Nothing super fancy like some more expensive gyms, but if you live close by like me, it's worth it. Get that workout in folks!

The Gym has been renovated, but is still super disorganized. The people who attend are rude and leave the weights out of place As if they were the only ones who use the gym. Staff don't organize and always on their cell phones. One day someone will fall and sued. Gym is a community .Everyone has to cooperate and leave it organized for everyone to use. Be Humans please !!! Machines broke!

I reallyyyyyyyy don't leave review but Jesus As a Black card member at PF... This location is by far the worst Miami has... The only Pro about this gym is its location across the street from my home... All the Cons are Poor lightning I truly feel I'm working out in the dark and my eyes hurt, the bathrooms and showers are a completely disgusting, the staff guess paid to just look at their phone all day, weights are all over the place, Most PF has 4 Smith machines this location only has 3 and a personal trainer who reserve 1 of the 3 smith machines all day for his clients so your down to 2 where most people here use it just to hover over their phones or do something like biceps curls with dumbells -_-, the AC is always off, the water fountain makes me sick and most workout machines are broken... I'll literally drive the extra miles to attend another planet fitness prefer 49 street in Hialeah where its better... just a little bit better starting with the light situation... I know FPL is pretty pricey but c'mon now do better

We signed up at this Planet Fitness a couple of months agoWe usually go between 4 and 5 pm.There are never any benches available in the free weight section.People also hoard up several dumbells and half of them are never returned to the rack.It's very hard to work out here.Probably the worst gym we've ever been to
