The worst. I haven't stepped foot in this gym since March, and when I try to cancel the day my account was charged they basically tell me they can do nothing to help me. It hasn't stopped being a pandemic, and this is one of the only companies I've seen that isn't willing to do anything to help, or keep their customers.

Usually a great gym but witnessed an employee scream and cuss at customers over not having a mask pulled up. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I understand respecting covid guidelines, but customers should not be treated that way.

The Kernersville location has a world of machines plus free weights. It is never crowded. Everything is clean. The staff are very nice and helpful. For $10 a month, you can't beat it.

Watch out for the hidden fees and dues… I haven’t even been here for over a year and when I asked for a refund for dues this month, they said absolutely not. This company has no customer service skills. Their business model will crumble.

The Kernersville Planet Fitness is a great gym. It is always clean and the staff is super friendly. They truly provide a "no-judgment" environment as advertised. Kudos!

I am very upset with planet fitness. It’s a great gym. However their communication is very poor. My membership has been frozen since March 2020 so I was not paying. In September they start charging me without warning. They can communicate about their special events etc. etc. but they can’t let me know that my account was going to be charged again. Very disappointing.

Easy to sign up and register. Plenty of equipment available on first day. Commitment to cleanliness and safety evident with lots of cleaning stations and space between cardio machines. Equipment was all in great shape. Really like the the specific ab exercise area.

The gym is clean ButI’ve noticed that the men’s bathroom and showers are not getting the cleaning they need. As well as the floors .the 2 times I forgot shower shoes I ended up getting athletes feet fungus from them dirty showers and recently went end of July 2021 and the bathroom smelled like sewage and the showers had flying nats alll over them it’s scary to have to buy shower shoes because the employees lack cleaning sad thing is I’ve been with this gym for 3 years it’s been clean but I’m guessing they was when the employees caredUpdate tried to shower and see this in there umm this is beyond gross August 5

I've been a member here for years and I love it! I avoided going during the mandatory mask bs, but now I'm back at it and loving every minute! Also, Noah was very friendly and helpful! Great staff!

First time going to this gym. The staff was welcoming and awesome and let me tell you, the hydro massage is aaaaamazing
