Covid hotspot - way too many people allowed while we’re in a pandemic, I can only assume they aren’t cleaning properly either.

Friendly staff, super clean facility, and so much great equipment.

It’s a spotless facility and comfortable atmosphere,I’m met with a smile every time I walk in the door,it feels like my gym.

Staffing was so nice to me! I'll update this with the two staff members who were the best helping me get use to everything!

Great first experience. Staff was friendly and it was very obvious that it's a judgment free place. Highly recommend.

They keep it clean and they are nice people and they know people by their names they're very polite if you have any questions about anything they don't hesitate to answer your questions or to help you

I love my local planet fitness because the staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean & I have a quality workout every time, and I'm there at least 5 days a week.

Was given incorrect information about my 13 year old being allowed into the gym! Made a trip all the way down to planet fitness just to be told different information ! The staff is very unfriendly each visit I’ve made and the only positive about the facility is the equipment!!! I’m very unhappy with the service and the morning staff

Some workers were very friendly the manager was super sweet and nice and helpful Plus when me and my child was waiting we did look around and did saw that it was clean.

So far, I've loved going to the gym here. There are a wide variety of machines and free weights here. The staff has always been warm, friendly and helpful since I've gone to this particular location.
