12/12/21 was one of the best days, because of the lady that was the checking in everyone. She was polite and kept the everything clean. Will keep coming back with customer service like that.

It’s a friendly and fun place to work out. If you are thinking about getting a membership, I would do it! Just getting out of the house and exercising makes you feel so good mentally and physically. Plus the black card member spa is amazing!!

I recently joined and so far my experience here has been great. The gym is clean and they have plenty of TV’s to watch while you work out. It’s never been crowded when I’ve gone so that’s good. I do wish they stayed open later on the weekends.

It was great!! Clean and peaceful. The staff trainer seen i was doing one of the equipments the wrong way. He asked if he could suggest something to me which was great. It was much beneficial to me after teaching me how to use the machine.

So we allow women to come in to work out dressed in spaghetti strap sports bras with shorts so short everything is falling out of them but when a men comes in to work out in a CUT OFF T SHIRT they call it a stringer & refuse to let him work out?? Even though nothing is exposed?? I’ve been going to this gym for over a year and what happened to my husband today was enough for me to choose not to go back. If there’s rules (I understand) but, then everyone needs to be enforcing them. There should be no exceptions just because they are female. I see many many women in spaghetti strap sports bras every single time I go to this gym and nothing is said to them. So if you want to play by the rules then let’s start by enforcing them to EVERYONE regardless of gender. Oh! Also, he’s wore this same shirt Atleast 20 times to this very same gym and they’ve never said a word. Very Disappointed.

Cleanest and nicest facility I've visited hands down. Staff is always working and not just standing behind the desk on their phones. Always greeted as soon as you walk in the door. And I don't think I've seen an out of order sign on any piece of equipment since I've been going to this location.

WARNING!: Completely unacceptable ghetto customer service workers at many locations nationwide. They don't know how to report the payments to ABC financial either. Some Planet Fitness's are clean with good equipment and with the black card membership you get ok tanning beds, a good beauty angel stand up machine, massage chairs and a nice relaxing area. They are also all over the USA so thats very convenient and they are affordable. BUT, there are locations that have such horrible ghetto hateful workers that the bad outweighs the good.

Great place with good hygiene standards. I still dont agree with the change to having a black membership as my plus 1 can't use small massage chairs anymore. But that beef to the side overall great place to workout and most of the staff is kind.

I like the employees. They greet you and are super friendly. The gym is clean and so are the bathrooms. The equipment is spread out enough where you don't feel like you're crowded and the hours are convenient for me. The equipment is in pretty good shape. I don't feel like I'd get injured due to faulty cables or such. There are times you need more benches in the free weight section. Sometimes, they are all taken up and you have to wait, but it's not long, just a suggestion. I like the bench you can alternate from flat to incline to 90". There's plenty entertainment playing on the TV's when you do cardio so that helps also. Thanks overall I love coming.

[I normally workout here on weekdays in the morning+early afternoon] The team members here are always cleaning & are very welcoming. The check-in process for both regular & Black card members is also fluid & fast.The men’s locker room has 2 toilet stalls, 2 changing room stalls, & 3 shower bays. Every time I’m in there, it is spotless.
