I came in September and canceled my membership but evidently the employee did something wrong. They had record of me calling to ask about cancelation. However in February when I realized it had not be canceled and had been drafting out of my account for months. I was told to bad. They had no proof. I just want to say what poor customer service. I am being punished to for employees mistake. I would never recommend the place to anyone.

I have been trying for months to cancel my membership and each month I've been given the run around. Supposedly the situation is finally resolved but I doubt it considering the poor management of this business.I guess if you want to cancel your account you'd be better off closing your bank account because this place definitely won't correct the issue on their end (but they will accuse you of lying!).

All the recent changes have kept things under control during COVID restrictions. The location itself is nice. The only issues come when others using equipment aren't cleaning it when done but much of the new policies have helped with this.

Everytime i come here its always something going on, ive tried 3 times to get my membership back and all times something is going on with the systems I give up, ill Go join Anytime Fitness seems they never have any issues ill just pay the extra price

I just got back today after shut down really like this gym but what is up not having fair and balanced news should have Fox News on also you have CnnWould be only right to have all sides and there are conservatives that go to gym also! Please fix this would be good to see before we go to work.

I had planned on joining Planet Fitness with a year commitment. I was told at the Planet Fitness in Thomasville, NC that I had to give them a cancelled check and my debit card. I told them I just wanted to pay and they said I couldn’t do it. They did offer me a one month membership with no amenities for $60. I really wanted to join but guess I will keep my money! This is NOT a good example to set for your company! You don’t turn away someone because they are not willing to give their banking account information. With today’s times, you should NEVER be asked for that!!

Unrealistic mask requirements. I use the 30 minute workout room exclusively. Intense workout moving from one station to the next, with a few seconds between- enough to wipe down the machine, and move to the next station. It's unrealistic to expect me to wear a mask as I move 6' to the next station while I'm gasping for air from a strenuous workout. The staff are just doing their job enforcing the rules set by the company, so I don't blame them.

The gym is always clean, has a variety of machines to work your entire body. Only downside of this gym is the limited free weights and bars due to machines, but one can still get a good pump and do cardio.
