The price is fantastic, the gym is well kept and you honestly can't beat the various amenities. I signed up for a black card membership back when most of the gyms were completely closed during Quarantine, and I was so thrilled to find out that at less then the price I was paying for 24 hour fitness, I am able to bring a free guest every time, i have access to tanning booths, hydrobed massage, and red light therapy, in addition to a bunch of other cool perks. I have been very pleased with my membership and I'm probably not going to even consider going to the other big box gyms even when they're open normally again.

Requires my bank information to join? Not a chance, sorry. Take credit card or no dice. Too much of a security risk. A hack can empty your bank account. A stolen credit card only costs you $50 max.

For one year I had a Black Card membership, and went there just to use their Shiatsu massage chairs and their water massage beds. You cannot ask for more, for unlimited 24 hour access to those items, for only $20-something a month.

Would you mind cleaning the restrooms? It really looks terrible. I can post pictures about it. This gym used to be very clean. It is nasty now. I spoke to the person in charge and did nothing about it to fix this situation. We are in the middle of a pandemic this should not be happening.

Very pleasant. Despite the required social distancing measures, it was very easy to get around, not overcrowded, and everyone was very understanding about the safety measures. The equipment was clean and worked well. I plan to return.

There's a gentleman that works overnight, almost every night that I'm there, who is in serious need of a raise or advanced job title. I always see him doing something, cleaning, monitoring the gym, helping members out, always keeping busy and alert unlike most of the other staff, and I think he's the only one who takes the trash out! So hard working. Never see him just sitting or standing around talking and my husband said he does an excellent job cleaning the men's room, never leaving anything uncleaned or neglected like at our previous planet fitness in Salem. Everytime we see him he greets us and we leave the gym with nothing less of a smile and a "have a good day!" Someone give this guy a promotion! Been loving coming to this location at night!

I want to start off with the good. I had been going to this gym on and off for about 2 years total. During that time, staff were always super friendly, the gym was never too crowded, and equipment that I needed was always available. My favorite part about this gym for me was that it really did feel like a “Judgement Free” gym.Unfortunately with COVID and with my health condition, I was advised to not go to the gym due to the risks that I run. As soon as I found this out, I contacted the gym and left a voicemail. Unfortunately I never received a call back and within 2 weeks I was charged with a $45.00 yearly fee and my monthly membership fee. Despite having left the voicemail and never stepping foot in the gym. I decided to go to the gym in person and was told that I could not receive a refund and that if I wanted one I needed to talk to corporate and the manager. After attempting to call corporate no one answered and no one returned my phone call. The gal that answered the phone let me know that a manager would be calling me and again, never received a call back. I really feel like Planet Fitness has taken advantage of COVID and is stealing money from people.

For only $10 a Month it's a great gym. It was a little out of the way for me so I had to change gyms but if it was closer to where I live I would sign back up in a heart beat. For $20 a Month you can bring a guest every time you visit so if you have a spouse or friends who like to work out it's a great deal.

They never have enough people working here. It takes 10 seconds to swipe a card or tell me what room I’m scheduled for tanning or massage but I have to stand around for 10 minutes while they explain the membership to people who aren’t members yet. Once I a while is fine, but every single time is getting really old.

I've never been a member there but every time I've gone there I've absolutely loved it. I've always wanted to be a member I just haven't done it and I don't know why! They have great amenities the staff is always pleasant I really do love that place And This is the one At Hillsborough West end
