Cold shower alert!! I was on my way to giving this place a 5 star until I had to shower. A clean and functional locker room experience is essential to me since I work out before work. It didn’t happen. Apparently this has been happening here. The front seat guy knew about it. Beware of the coldShower.

Moved to Hoover and wanted to change locations. Franchises are separate and couldn't get set up. Joe (who is awesome) helped me out. Several phone calls later we got me take care of. Big thanks to Joe as I got taken care. Professional, above and beyond. Thanks PF family.

I visited this location on an early sunday morning couple weeks ago. The only person working was a special Lady name TI , She was the only person running this facility that early sunday morning , She was friendly, professional and helped me with all the questions i had . Not once did she say anything negative as far as being the only employee there....as i usually hear at other businesses....Ti is an absolutely amazing employee and i would like to ask the management of this facility to recognize Ti as one of a kind and show her that you appreciate her and are lucky to have her at your facility. The short white guy at the front assumed that my husband and I didn't have the black card membership however we both have it so our 13 yr olds can work out with us. I hate the hoover location and frequent the Vestavia location instead. I told my husband before we went I didn't want to go to this location. Once this membership is up I won't renew.

Beware of this club and the manager Joe. I'm being charged a $39 membership fee for a membership I no longer have. I called and spoke with the manager Joe and explained that I no longer had the membership and asked to have my annual membership dues refunded. He refused and said "I would have needed to ask for the cancellation a week prior to it's renewal date." Basically a technicality that they put in their membership contract to trick people. A terrible way to treat someone who paid monthly dues and membership fees for over 2 years. I will continue to bad mouth this club to everyone I know.

Going on a couple of years now as a loyal member, this facility remains a remarkably Good place to get a GREAT Workout with diverse full-body exercise routines. The staff is friendly, helpful and accommodating. I wish that it will reopen and revert back to a 24 hour weekday schedule. But there is otherwise more than Ample time and opportunity to get the workout you want and need.
