Front desk staff were nice and friendly, but there trainer is unpleasant. Nothing like the trainer at the Homewood location. I signed up for specific classes and when I arrive I was meet at the location area twice. Not only that when I was shown where she was she was doing different classes that I signed up for the specific time. Didn’t act like she cared at all. I will not be coming back to this location! EVER!

Love PF! I go on my lunch break from work. Friendly staff, great equipment, hydro massage loungers. Each shower has a private dressing area. They offer free training sessions. Did I mention the hydro massage loungers?

This is the best gym I’ve ever joined. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The facilities are pristine. The equipment is always operational. The amenities are first class, and the price... ROCKBOTTOM. AND I CAN BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE?!? I’m really not sure how any other gyms are still in business. OH AND ITS NOT A MEATMARKET!

The facilities are very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is a lot of room in the free weight area and there’s enough equipment throughout that I rarely find myself waiting for a piece of equipment to free up. Planet Fitness is hard to beat.

Always friendly, always clean. I have been to several locations, Hoover is by far my favorite!! You cant beat the price for the amount of space and equipment, then add the extras they offer. I have worked at a couple of gyms before, I'm happy to be a PF member.

Love this place. Staff is awesome and friendly. Gym is always clean and well stocked. Equipment is always functional and the atmosphere is great even for people like me that deal with alot of anxiety in that type of setting i always feel comfortable there compared to other places I've worked out

This location is great. The facility is very clean and has everything I need for a good workout. I am giving them 5 stars though because of the front desk staff. I recently visited this location and was having trouble with my membership. The woman at the front desk (I wish I remembered her name) was very helpful. She got everything figured out quickly and I was able to goon with my workout.

Good workout. Decent atmosphere, I normally am not affected by some chance things, but traveling you begin to notice serious workout zones and "not so serious workout zones"

How to sum up my experience... Fantastic!!Cardio equipment, numerous tv's, free WiFi, great tanning beds.. both standup and lay down, massage chairs and 2 massage hydrobeds. Locker rooms with nice showers. Friendly staff~

Very good staff. Good locker rooms. Number of open hours are really helpful to work out when you want to.Not too crowded. Great monthly price.
