Black card member and first time coming to this one. I’m a truck driver and the biggest thing was whether or not they had a big enough lot to park the truck in while I worked out. I called and one of the employees gave me insight. Yes the showers were cold, but a cold shower is better than no shower.

Lots of new equipments , not crowded. It's a good place to be . Kindly divorce your sofa and your recliner, come challenge this gym equipments.

Very clean facility, water was a little cold in the shower, and staff hangs out upfront more than I feel that they should. But all in all it's a great gym and the no judgement aura is definitely followed here ! 4.0

Owner is a complete jerk, made to write a letter or come in to cancel. Ridiculous super easy to sign up but almost impossible to cancel, worked in banking and healthcare easy to verify info to cancel, just make it hard to be difficult. Owner also needs to removed, laughed in my face when i confronted him with my concerns. Terrible place go somewhere else.

Planet Fitness has always done me right. Clean facilities and good staff. Are they a little overboard on all there social justice nonsense...yes? All in all a great place to work out. I highly recommend them.

Super nice staff, clean facility, and great PF prices! Five stars if not for the almost daily loud phone conversations carried on by those “doing cardio.” Sweating and listening to people talk and giggle don’t mix well for me.

The front desk staff is very friendly, the machines are always in good working order and clean. There's usually no problem getting on the machines, as there are plenty of them for everyone. The gym isn't overcrowded, and the clients are very respectful of each other's space needs. Overall, just a good experience.

I've visited a few of the Planet Fitness locations around Birmingham and so far, I like this one the best! The locker rooms were so clean. Everything felt very open and well-placed, except for maybe the water fountain. I had to hunt for it and eventually asked someone where it was. Overall 10/10, would recommend! The girl at the front desk was very kind and accommodating as well!
