I absolutely love Facet Seven Heights, I have been a part of this gym for the past two years now. It’s has been a great and fun experience! From the moment you’re greeted at the door you feel welcomed and the awesome classes are something you have to experience for yourself . This gym makes me feel comfortable and welcoming because everyone is so encouraging. The gym is very clean and the weights are always put back in their original spots. The classes I recommend for you to take is John’s strength and conditioning class on Monday and Wednesday. That class will have you feeling rejuvenated and strong after you finish, He’s a great instructor! On Tuesdays take Step class with Stefani and Cycling with Renee, both instructors are AMAZING and also very out going and accepting. They both bring light to the room.I love the classes there! When you go to the class you will find that the trainers are very funny, caring and that really makes you want to go back and take their class again!I highly recommend for you to join FACET SEVEN FITNESS HEIGHTS

I joined the gym in the early 2023 for the workout classes and have not been disappointed! The staff at the front desk and class instructors are always friendly and helpful. Any class with Stefani Harris is the absolute best! Seriously, kindest and most fun human being. She is equally as talented as an instructor and athlete. STEP class has to be my favorite and yoga comes in at a close second.

I've been going to this gym for about 8 months and I really enjoy it. It's always clean, I've never had to wait for equipment, and the trainers and employees are all quite nice.James is a great trainer. He taught me a lot and now I feel very comfortable navigating the gym alone (I was so intimidated at first).I recommend all the group classes, but especially any by Stefani Harris. She's a high energy fun instructor.

I’m legit so disappointed in this new location 😭 The space is so awkward and cramped. Cardio machines are like an inch apart from each other - tooooo close. They got rid of all the TVs except for one and there’s nothing on the blank white wall, not even art or scribbles like at the old location. What a boring thing to look at during a cardio workout. Worst of all, they got rid of the daycare! That’s a genuine dealbreaker for me and I’m so sad. Will need to go find a new gym now… Why, Facet Seven, why?

I have been a member of this gym for well over two years and it has been my favorite thus far. Coming from a background with experience in OrangeTheory and Camp Gladiator, I’m used to the traditional “boot camp” structure. But they didn’t offer what FACET had to offer - which is variety of classes, intentional coaching from strength con instructors, and a family feel. John is my go to guy for a heavy lifting day. He’s a hands on instructor who genuinely takes the time to cater to each members needs and fitness abilities. And Renee is my spin queen! Her rhythm rides have become my safe space and therapy after a long week of work. Renee’s rhythm rides give me the option to just ride to her amazing playlist and just kind let go without the heavy focus on numbers that I’m familiar with at other gyms. She’s inclusive and bring the right amount of energy to kick start my weekends. 😊

Love this gym. I've used both locations this past year and I honestly don't really have any critiques. Always clean. Staff is pleasant. Equipment is exactly what I need and/or want. Also quick shout out to Gabby their digital communication rep, she made it very easy to switch location memberships when I got a job closer to their heights location.A+Edit: I wanted to come back 3 years later and say I still love this place. Great new facility in the heights and Gabby is still killing it as their digital communication rep. Sad I had to cancel, but the process was quick and painless. 5 stars forever!

Decent Gym. A lot nicer on the outside and I’m sure they still have work left to do. Inside was just underwhelming and the front desk girl said 5 words to me, mainly because I asked questions. the day pass is $25. Way too much if you’re trying to get new members. Equipment is okay.

After not seeing results through working out on my own, I was looking for someone to help formulate a fitness plan that worked.I trained with Jake Emery twice a week for 4-5 months and couldn’t recommend him more! Jake is incredibly knowledgable, patient and encouraging. He was additionally helpful when it came to establishing a nutrition plan, providing insight on meal plans to help reach my goals. Since training with Jake, I’ve built a habit and feel much more confident in my approach to fitness. If you’re looking for an expert that tailors every session specifically for you, Jake is your guy.

Jake Emery is a phenomenal trainer. He is incredibly knowledgeable and proactively helps me accomplish my fitness and health goals. I've been working with him for over a year and during that time I've lost weight and gained strength, including joining the 1,000-pound club. I highly recommend Jake.
