Great team! Everytime I go my day is better!

I have been an OTF member since my studio opened in 2015. I have done over1000 workouts so far. This is the only workout that I have stuck with regularly over the years. I am now in my 60’s, and in better cardio condition than when I was younger and than many women my age. I keep coming back because of the quality and intensity of the workout as well as workout variation. I don’t get bored. Always fun and the coaches and staff are great and very motivating.

I’ve been to so many OTF studios and this by far is the best! The front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Coach Chuk is the best, hands down. He always brings great energy, is super encouraging and has the best playlist to get you pumped for your workout. I am working in another city for the summer and bummed because the studios in Seattle are the worst, and so are the coaches. Cannot wait to return to my home studio at West U!

I love my Orange Theory gym! Malik at the front desk is awesome and always remembers my name. Chuk, Geo, Sasha and Tori are my FAVORITE coaches. Once you start coming regularly, it's like family.

I’ve been a member at OTF West U for just around a year. I’ve slowly worked my way up through the tiers of membership as I’ve built my strength and conditioning. I love every single person who works at this studio. The staff are friendly and build actual relationships with members. Coaches are encouraging and hold me accountable to growth in class. The policies aren’t difficult and are clearly spelled out.

The West U location is small and the staff are ok. But over all this is a small studio and customer concerns are marginalized and the leadership solution is that the customer should have chosen a less full class. If we had access to class size and the work outs ahead of time maybe that would be possible but unfortunately that's not how OTF works. There was space 45min before the start of class... how do i know how full a class would be? Today's workout probably would have worked in a larger studio and in this particular studio if Coach Chuk had prepared and thought through the workout, it could have had a more successful execution. The strength blocks were self paced which is very tricky when the exercises involve front to back movements combined with left to right movements. If several members are stacked next to each other this does not allow for customers to experience the OTF workout fully (not in a small studio). Also when the coach specifically directs the class to turn Left so we are all uniform for descending planks, it would be helpful if stations 3 and 4 were not less than a foot from the wall. Being over 5ft tall makes this impossible. The fact he specified which way to turn clued me in this was going to be a tight workout, unfortunately I was at station 4. I would have expected the coaches to study the workout ahead of time and since this isn't Coach Chuks first class, I would have hoped he could have thought through the strength and realized if it was self time/directed that people will be on different exercises at different paces. If the class was full (as per the voicemail its an expected full class time) I would have hoped he would have thought through how to better arrange the room to make the best experience for the customers or realize maybe with this workout they may need to close a few stations to allow for the best experience and for customers to be able to complete the strength segment. For this small space, today's workout was very difficult with a full class. But that didn't happen. The bad move combos continued in strength block 2. When I complained it really wasn't appreciated but no surprise. And the voice-mail I got later suggested if crowding was a problem I should pick a less crowded class. The issue wasn't truly the crowding, it was that the strength floor could be completed without always being in your neighbors way or your neighbor in your way. Again the front/back and left/Right combos just don't work for the studio if everyone is at their own pace. But all good, I'll keep your leadership suggestion in mind and make sure to try and leave this studio as a last possible choice. Thanks for listening but I honestly feel like my concern wasn't heard or even considered.

Must be desperate for members. They have called me three times a week for the past month with a mumbled marketing message. Even after asked to be take off their call list they still harass.
