I would give five stars if I could sign up online lol. Every time I put in my email and phone number to see prices, the system says "error provide real email and phone number". 🤦🏿‍♂️. Why is it that whenever you want to sign up to pay for something when it comes to stuff that's supposed to be better and more hi tech, you have to provide all this info just to see the prices. The dang on website doesn't even work!

Been here a couple times, never particularly liked it. Called ahead to see if I could get a day pass even though I'm coming in super late and the lady told me yes, on days they were staffed. When I came in today, I was appalled by how unwelcoming it was. There was one person at the front who was talking on the phone to her friends. I probably could have walked right past her without a notice but I waited for her to help me. Without hanging up or anything she asked me what I needed and told me off. She was very rude.

I have a contract to pay 50$ and the whole selling point was that it wouldn’t ever budge but it’s 51.77 now and now people can also join without contracts and Genesis won’t tell you the prices without jumping through hoops, they seem to be doing shady business practices

Super nice equipment, relatively clean. Had to try 3 different paper towel dispensers that were empty before finding one that worked.Only real complaint is that there seems to be a senior living community that busses loads of elderly folks here. It can be very crowded.

Was going to get a membership here but just saw they’re no longer 24 hours on Saturday. No thanks

I want to give a shout out to the staff here. Steve is an awesome club manager and everyone is really friendly. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Kora who leads the entire Youth Department for all of Genesis. I see her in the gym working hard and she is always so positive and welcoming to everyone! Great team here!

I was told about this gym by my insurance company. I'm a Disabled Dual Special Needs recipient through Aetna. I have Spina Bifida that is now affecting my mobility and I'd like to keep walking as long as I can. Aetna informed me that I would get a free membership, I guess they pay for it, I don't know. I got the free membership and met up with a trainer named Angie. Angie was awesome. She understood what is going on with me and showed great concern as to my welfare the entire time I was at the gym. The only problem I ran into is actually a deep letdown to my experience. Angie informed me that to continue with her services I would have to pay $60 a session and she wanted to see me 2 to 3 times a week. That's $120 to $180 a week and $480 to $720 a month. Since I only make $1249 a month on disability and I don't have a housing voucher from section 8 yet, I am unable to afford her services. I'll either have to find a friend to go as my guest to the gym and figure out my own training or just not go at all. I have become very discouraged with the whole idea because a gym is a little different than what I've gone through before and honestly, it kind of scares me because I don't want to cripple myself instantly by doing the wrong thing. They do have a pool that I could do strength exercises in, but now I'm afraid to go. Maybe I should call Aetna and see if they will pay for my trainer. Any help to relieve my fear and what to do are welcomed.
