I find Planet Fitness to adequately meet my exercise needs! The staff could be trained to be more attentive, like popping around sometimes to ask how things are going, but . . . I guess I've given up on that ever happening. Overall, I am very happy with my exercise experience.

The only complain i have is the abs area. The old machines were really good for ab workouts and the spinning ones for side abs, i wish they would turn around so your behind doesn't face the people in the back machines.

Always clean, Always friendly, never short on equipment. The Noland Road, Independence PF is one of the biggest, best equipped I have been in!! Attended clubs in Chicago, Las Vegas, Southbend, and 2 other KC locations. All very nice and clean. but non have the size and open space of the Independence club. The staff is amazing, and always cleaning.

The staff is AWESOME! I already have low blood pressure and it plummeted during a workout...I made my way to a couch in nice and cool lounge area. A saff member gifted me some candy that was stashed away. Kind, caring, and always smiling! Thanks PF!

Great gym if only it was still open 24 hours so I could use it still. They're even only open till 7:00 p.m. on the weekends.

Front desk lady last night had a bit of an attitude on her. She looked very stressed and like she did not want to be there. Pick a difference job or don't come into work.

They keep it very clean in bathrooms and actual facility. Staff is super friendly too
