I like working out here, I go here all the time. It's usually kept fairly clean with functional equipment, nothing "out of order". I like how the have a rewards program where you earn points every time you check in. The only complaints I really have is that it gets really busy before 9am and after 5pm on weekdays, and a few of the benches are wobbly. They should open a 2nd PF in Independence.

Good place to work out. Everything is very well organized and clean. The only negative is that they have limited free weights. I say that but they have enough to do a workout. Example: the highest weight they have in dumbbells is 75 pounds.

Not a bad location. Machinery seems a little older than some other KC area locations. Still in great condition. The layout here is nice with separate areas for body parts. The black card relaxation area is vert nice. The staff is great and very helpful.

I recently visited this location and left some concerns when they sent an email for feedback. Not only were almost all of them addressed and fixed, but they purchased new equipment and completely switched up the layout. I’m impressed with whoever runs this facility.. great job! Only issue left is that the staff could be friendlier, but overall it’s a nice facility.

One of the good fitness clubs this one stays open 24 hours. No need to rush and dont have to worry about the crowd.

The staff is friendly. Its a huge location. I prefer this one to many others. You wont feel cramped in there even during the busy hours. Its very roomy. Keep up the awesome work guys!

Being a "migrant fitness enthusiast", due to work, I have been to Planet Fitness locations all over the country and this one might be my least enjoyable facitlity. Eqipment? Not bad. Cleanliness? It's good. Location? Not bad either. The employees? That's it!It's the employees.No smiling.No greeting.Definitely no enthuiasm.And that definitely sucks.Would any of the Planet Fitness employee's like to trade jobs? Seriously.

If some people were worried about their weight rather then what other people wear they'd be skinnier. Great gym but some of the members complain too much about what other people wear. Get a clue, we are proud of what we have achieved. If you don't like it don't look at us, look the other way or take some damn notes and get it together.Independence Missouri gym on noland and 40. No complaints at all. The locker rooms are always clean, you will always be greeted when you walk in, and the machines are usually functioning. Great hours and inexpensive membership.

First day I was there was great. Got the black card. At night it took awhile to get someone to grant me access to the massage machines and tanning bed. So four stars. During the day its great.
