I love Planet Fitness I really do I would rather go here than any place else but. I know you can't change the hours for one person hopefully for the one wynola road 40 Highway in Independence Missouri that you will go 24 hours soon so I can get back to early morning work out thank you Mike young.

Clean well kept club, courteous well trained employees. I rarely have to wait to use piece equipment, unless club is extremely busy, It's easy to find and use another station to keep active. I am a Black card member and I travel. I have been to multiple PF's. This, my club, definitely "shines". .

I love working out at this location! Super close to home so I can get a quick workout in and run back home to my babies. It’s super clean and the employees are always so friendly as I enter and leave the facility. The only downfall is that they don’t open until 5am and they close early on the weekends. Please go back to 24hrs!! Other than that I still give this gym 5 stars!

Doesn't care for its disabled community, when advised about the law the assistant Manager said if sidewalk is blocked they can go into traffic and go around. "It's not that big a deal" he said. As a disabled veteran I don't think a company should employ staff that would put anyone in danger just to make his job easier.

I don't go as much as I should, but you can't really beat the facility for the price. Black membership gets you a free guest any time and the massage beds and chairs. People are well mannered, and the lunk alarms are rarely used. People follow the rules and keep the equipment clean. Lots of TVs, and lots of activity circuits to change things up. Only drawbacks are there are no classes, and they claim not to have any ability to change tvs which makes it stupid annoying when you want to watch a specific KC Chiefs game or sporting KC game if it's not on the predetermined 9 channels or whatever. The wifi works most of the time. And as of 8/15 they have brand new treadmills.Update: Covid brought new machines and dividers between treadmills to keep one safe. Plenty of hand sanitizer lol.

I love going to planet fitness I was in Las Vegas a few months ago I went to the gym every day I was there being about to workout anywhere there's a planet fitness is a plus for me

Traveling from out of the area, pulling in 37 ft toy hauler with a 22 ft truck, able to get into the driveway from the main street, a little tight due to the homeless at the intersection. Exiting is easy.Larger parking lot to maneuver.Larger facility, two large fans going counterclockwise which is a correct way, black ceilings which makes the place a little more dismal compared to other planet fitness with white ceilings. Pleasant staff, all the machines appeared to be working and were clean. Paper towels and other cleaning materials were readily available and not empty as found in a lot of other Planet Fitness's across the nation.

My experience has been good. The 30 min express workout is ideal for me. I work at a pace and weight that's suited for my endurance.

The staff is very friendly and the building is always clean. Just wish that they’d go back to 24hrs again. Or stay ope until 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Third time I've come by this location and it is closed. Hours of operation is posted on the door and google, yet they are still closed. Paying for a membership and only wasting gas showing up for no explanation as to why they are closed.You're better off at other kc locations.
