Think of the “people of Walmart” now imagine them with dumbells and yoga pants, the staff is great except for the red headed manager lady (10lbs of makeup at all times) ….. all in all it’s $10 a month and that’s what u get lol but they have everything you need if u bring the hard work

Dividers are now being installed on treadmills and staff members have started going around occassionally making sure noses and mouths are covered by mandatory masks. This helps ease COVID-19 concerns since there's no ventilation. Thank you!Now if we could just limit the traffic or increase spacing in the free weights area :)

I went in to sign up for a Black card membership. A young staff member helped me sign up online through my phone and had me sign up for the paid in full. I asked numerous times "so I can go to any planet fitness? I am not in this area 100% and need access to at least 2 other clubs in the KC area" and was reassured each time that I can go any gym. Needless to say, this is now not the case and when I called to talk to someone, they told me that there is nothing they can do and I will have to wait the 12 months to change my membership. There are definite solutions, but they aren't budging. I tried escalating to management and they just kept saying, "he will say the same thing". So, now I am stuck with a membership I can only use like 40% of the time, when it is at the fault of the staff that signed me up on the wrong plan. Ridiculous!

Clean gym. Very reasonably priced membership. Wished they offered more classes for mid afternoon. Paper towels are usually out at stand with machine spray. Takes a long time for gym to repair machines that are out of order.

Very clean, great tanning beds and massage chairs. Lots of different areas to workout. Good water pressure in showers. Friendly employees. All in all a great gym!

The gym is clean and has a lot of cardio equipment. I don't like the annual fee that's not really mentioned, but it's a good startup gym. Cancelling can sometimes be a bit difficult, as it's required you go in person just to cancel.

They were cleaning and asked me to move so they could clean under the machine I was using. I get they need to clean but the professional thing to do would be to ask if I was almost done with my set or do under another machine until I'm done. I just said "um ok" and just moved to another machine but the guy vacuuming said quite loud with attitude, "I will take that as a yes".

Front desk staff is very professional and courteous.Lots of "Clean Equipment" and plenty of choices for people of all abilities to get a healthy workout in.Prices are very affordable and it's a great value for the$$$
