Working out here is great, your normal work out. But unfortunately I have had a few experiences with an employee misgendering me or a friend. With this being said it’s just as easy to be accept everyone as it is to not criticize.

If you come here in an 18 wheeler, don't turn in or out off of Noland unless your tandems are far back. You'll drag your DOT bumper with the incline behind the building. It's not steep enough to get stuck but it'll scrape the ground.

I love this gym. I just wish they would go back to 24 hours. Others gyms are open 24 hours in the area. I don't understand. I literally cant use my membership because of my work schedule. I can't make it in to work out with their new schedule so I can't make it in to cancel my membership either. Which apparently you absolutely have to do. I've been paying for a membership for over a year that I can't use and they won't let me cancel over the phone. I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Go back to 24 hours or let me cancel my membership please!!

This Planet Fitness is a pretty good one. Nice and knowledgeable staff, the other people working out don't stare at you, the equipment was all super clean and in good shape. I saw some massage beds and chairs and there was a tanning area too. Might be more that I missed

I would say this is one of the best place for workout. People who work here are so professional and helpful. They gives you a warm welcome and fond farewell at the time of leaving. Also these guys keeps the gym so clean and hygienic which gives you a feel of comfort while working out. You guys are amazing and keep doing the same.Thank you 😊 ❤️

I am from out of town and stopped strictly to utilize the tanning beds. Customer service was great. There were three people behind the counter and they were all friendly and helpful as I had not utilized my black card out of town before. The place looked clean and well kept. My only issue is that I choose a stand up and used bed 4. Nearly half (16) of the bulbs were burnt out and I did not feel as if I got a good tanning session. I barely felt warm. Room was spacious. I don't know about other beds.

I took a chance going here today because this location has a few pieces of equipment I like to use that the others don't have. The equipment was all clean and in good repair. All of the employees were nice and smiling. I was really glad that I didn't see any dust on the equipment. Some things I don't like, there's no mirrors in front of the Smith machines, some equipment is a bit dated - but all work and have good pads.

The facility is a great place to work out. I am from out of town and I needed a fitness center, close to my lodging. This location suited all my needs. The staff are professional and courteous.

I was a member for 4yrs,got hit with an annual fee on 8/3/2020 with no notice! my finances were a mess (thanks covid)! Cancelled my membership,called corporate they said it's up to the independently owned gym to reimburse me,called Katie (the manager)no help but I got offered two months free if I sign up again and that's supposed to help me how?????

Not crowded... Some people more serious about fitness frown on planet fitness... It is catered toward new to fitness clients... However if you are well versed in fitness you should find everything you need here to get fit ... Not a place to prep for strong man... But beach or Hollywood ready... Absolutely
