A great place the staff is welcoming especially Kasey! A big win is the women’s only area and recently been able to enjoy the new sauna!

Went to Get Fit as a guest and am considering joining! Great facility, friendly and accommodating staff, hours are great for me. Hopingnto be back soon!

Sales staff is very helpful and the gym is definitely improving every time I go. Keep up the good work!

Club is dirty, staff are condescending, first and only time I ever went there were people getting sick in the bathroom. The only positive is the women’s only portion. Which is so tiny in comparison to the rest of the gym.Canceling this membership is extremely hard and very expensive. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Especially not for $40 a month. Planet Fitness is cheaper and better.

The only reason I became a member was for the heated pool. However after going several time I noticed the pool had the same nasty dirty particles floating around. I asked for a refund and was denied. I paid a year in advance, which was a huge mistake. Month to month you can cancel but if you pay for the year, you can forget it!!!

It has lots of potential but it could be bigger and have machinery and exercise mats available.

This gym is bad for business. When I initially signed up, I picked the $30 plan to be able to bring my autistic daughter. They failed to inform me there was an age limit, but I seen kids in there younger than my 11 year old. It’s not kid-friendly, so if you have an over weight or athlete child, go across the street to the YMCA.The individual that assisted me with signing up never informed me of some charge that was to take place 60 days after joining. 1st month $1 was drafted, 2nd month $29.99, 3rd month $39.00, this Month $49.99. I never received a copy of the contract and to top it off they never had my signature on file until 2 maybe 3 weeks ago and they were drafting my account so technically those are considered unauthorized charges!! Goes to show how money hungry they are! Always check your balances because they prices fluctuate . They only want your MONEY!!! When I went in yesterday 6/30/23 to go over the surprise charges, the manager was unavailable. The agent just looked dumbfounded she took my demographics and it’s been over 24 hours and no one has yet reached out to me. When I called still “NO MANAGER AVAILABLE “ but I know someone ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO DRAFT MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT! Let’s not forget about the amenities. The supposedly convenient “free WiFi “ never works and forget asking someone at the front desk about the WIFI their response is gone be, “it works when it wants too.” Bathrooms are always dirty showers included, trash cans overflowing with trash. Sauna is broken down every other week. This place has all the hidden fees but can’t even keep the facility clean, or maintain some decent WiFi. To top it off, when I decided to bring me daughter she was turned around and had to sit in the lobby while I completed my workout. Meanwhile there were other kids on the floors that were well under 13 with their parent. So they don’t FOLLOW ALL THE RULES!!! My 11 yr old daughter still managed to get in there with someone else without being turned around (she was with her behavior consultant that wasn’t aware of the rules and I wasn’t aware she was bringing her here)If I could submit this without a star I would. This place is a COMPLETE JOKE. And management before you respond indicating you don’t have me on file or that sorry rebuttal 🗣️🗣️🗣️ ALL THIS COULD’VE BEEN AVOIDED HAD YOU RETURNED MY CALL. You’re being reported to the BBB!

My friend and I went and tried to use the cinema room but the had no magnets for the machines. Then we went into the all women side and was disappointed because there were only 2 treadmills that were working. We never got an official tour of the facilities available.

Friendly staff, facilities are nice and clean with a great vibe over all. I live on the west side and it's definitely worth the drive.

Everything is great, I got a premium membership, the pool is fun and the sauna is so amazing.
