Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you Get Fit. It is our policy to be trite about the difficulty you may experience as a result of your poor policies. Be very, very careful about Get Fit's billing policy. My wife went in asking to cancel the her service and they will find ways not cancel the service per request without telling you they are not cancelling. They won't work with you citing policy. Policy is not written in stone by definition. It is a guideline with flexibility.

This gym is not bad for the price. However, the cleaning stations are often out of supplies while the staff is on their phone or sitting in the office. They’ve also started blocking one of the marked fire exits due to theft, instead of putting in surveillance cameras, and prosecuting those responsible. Several sets of dumbbells are missing, and they do a very poor job of keeping the men’s restroom clean. If coming here just to work out, it is fairly decent in the morning. If they were to raise the rate even a dime, I would leave and go elsewhere.

I was overcharged too. And they never credited it back to me, they just gave me a story about how it's needed for thus and this and somewhere excuse but when I asked other members about the charges they've never heard of them but so many ppl said how they were over charged at some point but let it go. Lol I quit a few weeks ago. No more games

This facility is hands down disgusting. From the equipment to the walls it is dirty and run down. They advertise a women's only room, however male instructors teach classes in the "women's only area" apparently they don't know what that means. Broken TVs, holes in the walls, broken plumbing, machines, you name it. Even though the price is good the facility IS NOT.

If I could give zero Stars I would people at the front tell you one thing management tell you something totally different you never know what's going on there especially with your account. I would definitely say always check your bill check it twice. I was told my account was canceled and then charged two months in a row then told my account wasn't canceled and I'm going to be charged another month plus 20 more dollars because of a 30 day notice isn't it already 30 days notice if it was supposed to be cancelled 2 months ago I get you're losing customers and this is probably why Word of Mouth.

I signed up two weeks ago. On the tour, I told the csr that I was signing up almost exclusively for sauna use only, as it tremendously aids my physical health in the winter time, especially. We did not tour the sauna though as it is located in the men’s locker room and we didn’t go in there. After signing up, I took my bag to the locker room and saw a sign on the sauna door that says it is closed for repairs.I immediately went back out and talked to the CSR that gave me the tour and he apologize saying that he did not know the sauna was currently down. At that time he went and asked the manager about it and the manager said it should be back up in Monday. Two weeks go by and the sauna still isn’t open and I’m told on the phone that it will be another month before it does, so I went in to get a refund for services I paid for but did not use. (I did not use the gym membership a single time after signing up)The front desk tells me they cannot refund my money. I asked to speak to a manager. “He’ll be here in about 15 mins.” “Ok I’ll wait.” Thirty minutes later I finally get to talk to him.The first thing he says to me is, “how old are you? Well I’ve been doing this for about as long as you’ve been alive let me explain it to you” 😑😑😑No refund is what he explained. It doesn’t matter that the sauna has been broken since the day I signed up. It doesn’t matter that they didn’t tell me that it was broken. I guess that’s my fault and I deserve no refund.I offered to stay signed up and pay next month if the sauna is back open, if they would only refund me what I’ve already paid for but not been able to use. Nope. Not going to budge. Instead he pulled out his phone and showed me pictures of the sauna damage and told me it’s not his fault that it’s broken….. like bro, I never said it was I just want a refund.Edit: you could have made me happy AND kept a customer but you chose to waste my time and money instead.

I love my routine that I’ve created from having a personal trainer, to friends, to associates at GNC helping me with getting it together. I like that fact that Get Fit is open 24 hours that way there’s no excuse for me to not go to the gym. Now that my training days are over I still ask the trainer’s questions and they kindly answer I appreciate their help. I also watch others and get motivated by their exercises as well. Consistency is key Good Luck on your journey 💙🦾

Come for the workout. Stay because you got the bubonic plague from a place that doesn't apparently know what the word "clean" means. This place is DIRTY. The machines and benches are in need of serious repair. I cut myself on a bench press because a nail was sticking out of it. Not a screw - a NAIL. WTH is a nail doing in a bench press?!. There's a reason their memberships are so cheap.EDIT: Yes, I am/ was a member. No, this is not my real name.

First visit, not busy Sunday afternoon. Nice place, plenty of equipment. Pool is down for repairs, but should be open by end of the month. As of 9/7/22, pool is still unusable. I got chastised by several staff members because I didn't check in at the same time as my friend who has the membership and was waiting for me near the check in station. Not very welcoming for a guest. The check in tablet was having wifi issues too. The positive to my visit was seeing our favorite Trainer he always has a smile for us!

When I joined a few years back, this gym was great. All the equipment was working and the staff was friendly and on top of maintaining things or addressing issues with guests.Nowadays, things unfortunately feel like they are starting to go downhill which is sad because me and my mom would like to stay members because of the location, but we are seriously considering canceling. The pool has been out of order for a very long time now, even more so the heat for the pool was broken longer than that. The cardio theater was my favorite section of the gym, but it seems that their projector breaks for some time and needs repairs, or movies are not streamed. I understand some dvds don't have autoplay, however today we went and my mom asked about the projector not working because a movie was being advertised. The front desk said they would send someone and never did within the hour to play the movie. My mom isn't as techsavvy, so she didn't know how to work say a music player or phone to stream things on while she worked out.Machines are also getting a little dirty. I appreciate the sanitation stations and people are very good at wiping things down when they finish using them, however if you get a good look, things could seriously use a deep clean.
