Life Time

I wish I could rate higher as the staff is amazing.However, this is not only the worst LifeTime I have been too but it is below the quality I would expect from a LA Fitness or Planet Fitness.It is OBVIOUS that Management somehow bonuses off of lack of $$ put into the center from the level of disregard put into maintaining this facility.The steam room REEKS of mold..Tiles throughout the location are cracked, broken and missing.I travel the country often and utilize Lifetime locations abroad but when I come to Indiana every month I DRED coming here. I am considering a local membership to avoid this. You sign up to a company like this for CONSISTENCY. I am appalled to see things like conditioner...Q-tips....mouthwash..and a list of feminine items for my lady not being stocked here. It's the ONLYA LOCATION I have ever experienced this. It's honestly a JOKE.I have spoken with staff and they all say the same thing.... Kenny Scott...He has zero respect from his TEAM or members. He should be EMBARRASSED for the way this location looks and is maintaining...or not maintaining...You are welcome to reach out to me, this is neglect and inexcusable. I would question anyone in corporate letting this man run a club. This is by far the WORST representation of a brand I hold Iin HIGH regard. It's EMBARRASSING.

Great Gym! Awesome welcoming staff. We go as a family and have loads of ways to keep fit. From smoothies to the Rock Climbing wall we love it.

We moved from another city and joined this Lifetime location... Kenny was incredibly helpful, as was the rest of the staff. DEFINITELY recommend joining!

I loved life time I was a member 2010 to 2018 May be 2020 ,I had great time with my children there but I had to stop my membership for a couple years due to school, came back to sign up and price is doubled I sign up just for me but it wasn’t fun to come with out my family and I canceled with in few weeks.So sad …

This gym is great but compared to other diamond gyms it really falls short on a few things they have that Castle Creek gym doesn't.

Lisa from the UpperRx and Chelsea from the Barbell Strength are the BEST! Always lots of energy and positive mood and never the same classes experience!

best club ever, I've been a member since 1999.The huge hot tubs and pools are the great finish to a workout.

Best club chain in the Midwest, right up there nationally. Well trained and committed staff working in a clean, modern and comprehensive facility.

Came to this location to swim with the kids while visiting family. Duncan was at the front desk and is awesome. Lifetime is lucky to have him!
