Life Time

I wish I could give them no stars! This location has been the death of me for 2 weeks. I just signed up and got charged twice for the startup cost for a total of $340. I go there to straighten everything out because I was told it would be refunded and get the run around. A blonde lady, part of the account management department, was rude. She kept saying they couldn't refund me because the charge wasn't showing up and to dispute it with my bank. Then when we asked for Jason who originally charged our card she gave us a bunch of attitude. Jason contacted the corporate office and they couldn't find any record of our card being charged at all, something is going on within their company. I'm $340 in the hole and the customer service sucks so who knows when I'll find a solution. Do yourself a favor and just don't..... go anywhere but here.

The gym is good for the most part as far as equipment. Coming to do super sets? Forget about it. People jump on equipment so quick. Locker rooms are kept clean but gym is always a mess. People never rerack weight/dumbbells or put away equipment so everything is left out and it's hard to tell if someone is using a bench/machine.My issue is with the childcare, which is the main reason we went with Lifetime Fitness. I really can't justify leaving my child with careless employees who are either in the wrong field or just see the job as a paycheck. I've been in a few times now to let my little one adjust to the new setting and every time I leave speechless by the way they treat children. Kids are repeatedly told they are fine when crying because they want out of a swing or some other baby intrapment. Especially when its close to closing time and they are choosing to clean so they don't have to after children are gone. I usually change my child before I drop off but after a bottle has been finished, so the few times I have picked up, my little one had been sitting in a wet diaper. The girls seem annoyed when I come back in because they've had to hold my child the entire time. Instead of repeating your fine to children, maybe you should ensure all their needs are met.. that is what you are getting paid to do. So maybe a clean diaper, seeing if they want water or... OR MAYBE since you have a job providing care for children, engage with them! Sit down and talk to them, read, cuddle, sing. Anything besides sit in the check in area with 2-3 other staff members talking. It's so unprofessional. Whoever is in charge of the program should be ashamed. Ugh it makes me so angry.

I signed up on March 3rd, 2017. My bank account was charged twice for the first month membership and one time fees, a total of $172 but two transactions make that $344. I've reached out with no response, so I guess I'm going to have to come in. Otherwise the gym is pretty good but until this gets resolved I'm one starring it. And I dont wanna here a "well credit your account".

Low cost, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff, always clean and equipment is never broken. Huge cardio section. Only complaint I have is being able to get a squat rack. On weekdays I will get to the gym around 4/4:30pm and they are all being used. Half of the people using them are jumping between equipment and will leave their stuff there for at least 45 minutes. So frustrating!!!

I purchased a one month membership for my friend as a gift last year. I used a different credit card for the membership for reasons I cannot remember. We told them we just wanted a one month membership and confirmed it would be canceled after one month. I believe the salesman's name was Robbie. My friend left the country after one month and we both assumed it was canceled (we were both present when they told us it would cancel after 30 days). One year later, after comparing both credit card statements for the first time this year, I noticed I was still getting charged on both cards. Yes, I should have noticed it sooner. However, the fact that the salesman never canceled the membership (he was also very unprofessional) after telling us it would be just shows the integrity of some of the salesmen at Lifetime (the trainers are great!). I must rate this place a one star due to the unprofessionalism of the salesman and ripping me off $600 over the course of the year. Of course, the gym won't reimburse me as we didn't have a "cancellation notice". My friend hasn't been in the country for over a year... why wouldn't there be a concern about the inactive customer on lifetimes end???

This gym has completely changed not only how I work out, but my entire outlook on health and fitness. Everyone is beyond helpful and friendly. I have been going to the Castle Creek location only and this place has EVERYTHING! Yes it's a little more pricey, but at least now I go 3x per week rather than paying half their cost and NEVER going. They make it fun to work out while I have a long way to go personally, I'm actually excited about it! Plenty of unique group classes at no extra cost, I recommend you try as many as possible since all of the instructors are great! Your staff and facilities are amazing! Can't say enough good things about Castle Creek Lifetime Fitness!

This gym is awesome! It's been about a year since I changed my membership from LA Fitness. I love the equipment and cardio machines Life Time Fitness has, plus the complementary towels provided during and after my workouts and the Eucalyptus steam room and Unisex Sauna Room are so soothing! This gym is so spacious and comfortable. I love the fact that this gym is open 24 hours because we can go workout at anytime and feel safe! Staff here is wonderful, safe and friendly. So far so good!

I don't usually write bad reviews, but I have to do this one. The facility is clean and well maintained, but one personal trainer there makes me want to NEVER return. Lukas is rude, pushy, loud and obnoxious. I will go elsewhere, even though it is less convenient to my location.

I officially am becoming a Lifetime Fitness member because of the AMAZING customer service I have received at 2 separate locations. Dan Dooer (South Jordan UT) & Eric Clark Jr (Castleton IN) Thank you firing above and beyond for me!!! I couldn't be more pleased!!!

Great Place to work out! The staff is ALWAYS working with people and ALWAYS keeping the place clean. As a Security Officer, its my job to pay attention to things. I PAY ATTENTION to these people and they are ON IT!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!(And the child care for my HYPER 3 year old, Wonderful!)
