I was shocked at the level of customer service I received. It was more than unexpected! The value you receive for the quality that comes with your membership pays over and over. I will not go anywhere else. This is my Gym !!!!

Love this gym I have been a member of several different gyms and this one stands out. It always smells clean even before the pandemic and now i feel very safe going there cause I see staff always wiping stuff down and the other members wiping down their machines love it here

0 stars out of 5 . Covid hit have not been here since March. They took one month of payment and I can understand. Now suddenly they stole 2 months out of everyones bank accounts. Called and spoke to Amber whom seems to have an answer to everything and how its legal to steal money from people whom do not use their gym because of a pandemic.Argumentative and the All Knowing Amber whom is just a regular employee with no last name? So today the County of Riverside shut everyone down again. So I am vehemently fighting for my money back. Cancelling my membership and good riddance Planet Fitness.In all fairness. I asked for management and your employee said she did t know when they would be available. I asked for the owner. Everyone has a boss. Again the all knowing Amber wasn’t willing to share any information about ownership of the franchise.

Not a bad place, good equipment, perfect for people just starting out in their fitness journey.They have lots of equipment for everyone, locker room big enough for everyone, bathrooms, shower rooms, and changing rooms.They have Massage chairs and beds.My only thing would be they dont have a bike rack outside but thats it.

Club is way too small for the number of members. I was there on a Friday night at 7pm and had to wait for a Smith machine. I like Planet Fitness a lot use them all over the country but this location needs more space or less members. This was the third time I visited this location in a week. Once a 10am crowded once a 2pm crowded and then as stated above. Won't return will go to Cathedral City.

I've been a member of several gyms, this has definitely been my favorite. It's so clean. Staff is constantly disinfecting and dusting equipment. I feel genuinely greeted by staff when I arrive. I can go on and on with nothing but positive words, not one negative thing to say. So happy to be a member of this amazing gym.

Great place to workout if you dont mind waiting over an hour for a squat rack or stand in line to check in with the one attendant.

I think it’s a great gym for beginners who just want to get a good start at being healthy again. Convenient hours and not too overwhelming.

Finally a gym that I feel comfortable in. It has everything I need, is bright and the temperature is always comfortable. Oh, and I love the hydromassage!

Great place to workout. Very quiet, nice and friendly workers and people, also very close to my house. I would recommend to my friends and family. 👍👍👍👍👍 5 thumbs up …
