No comment, tried to join and transfer my membership from Ohio. So ,I had an existing membership, he give ," me " a number to call before he can proceed. I go outside and call, " why did he have YOU call? He said," he should be calling not you. Went back in, he said he couldn't transfer it ,I'd have to rejoin. Fine, he needed my bank account number and routing number, which I didn't have with me, only my debit card. Nope that won't work, yet this information was on the old account, he couldn't be bothered. So a waste of 45 mins, and went to EOS , joined ,no problem with debit card info a driver's license.

Only plus is it's clean. It's way smaller than advertised, not many machines, very unmotivating, and an employee (who looked like he never worked out a day in his life) came up to me bc I "slammed" the weight down (cable row!!) which is hilariously false. I've been working out for almost 20 years, I know what slamming the weights is and I can't stand those guys. This place is super lame and is honestly an embarrassment to fitness. This is not a place to increase your fitness or push yourself hard. Workout here if you want to workout and stay soft.

Marc ,the location Manager went avove and beyond to help me with a lost item. He was attentive and provided exceptional customer service, so did Johnny who always greets us members with a smile u can see thru the mask lol. My fave gym hands down.Thanks guys!

Nice, clean gym. I feel very comfortable working out here and have never felt pressured to get off an equipment or judged for having no idea what I’m doing. Great beginners gym.

I understand you were closed reopened and started charging my card. I canceled and understood but then I was charged the yearly fee. I had already canceled and the day I got charged the yearly fee I brought it up to local branch with a big purple too bad. It may only be $40 but in this case this word of mouth will be negative. It's too bad because I would have went back but now I'll tell everyone I know stay away!

Friendly staff and I never really have problems with it being too overcrowded when I go. The only thing I've noticed almost every time I go is that this seems to be more of a "hang out" for the some people than a place to workout. I've seen girls do nothing but pose and take pictures of themselves in the mirror where the weights are or just stand around with whomever they came with. Also, I almost ALWAYS see people hang out or place their belongings on equipment but then not actually use the equipment. They'll use it as something to help them balance while they stretch or use the equipment for something completely different all together. This is especially frustrating for the people that are actually trying to work out.

I am very pleased with the machinery available at the Planet Fitness facility in La Quinta, CA. The place is very well kept and clean. Massage chairs are a plus. I would definitely recommend Planet Fitness to anyone interested in beginning their fitness journey.

This is my home gym for now its close to my house. Lots of cardio equipment dumbells ho up to 75 lbs decent no free weight. If your a real body builder probably not the gym for you but if you are just trying to get in shape or stay in shape. I'm sure they will meet your needs.
