It's Clean and Safe... We Practice Social Distancing and Clean After Each Use

Equipment is not very well maintained to be honest - PF is usually really good about this.The main challenge though is the paper towel dispensers which will seem like a crazy thing to care about. But the ones here are pretty hard to use and it just makes cleaning off equipment after each use (like you should) tedious. One of those manual dials you have to turn with your fingers using indents on the side. The cleaning station PF uses make this yet more cumbersome.Staff is very kind though and I am a PF fan. If you do use this gym like I do - it definitely beats the Coachella location.

Absolutely terrible. Says they're a judgment free zone but that's only if you fit their style of member. God forbid you have a work phone call pop up on you and you drink out of a gallon jug because your trying to track your water intake for the day... if people need a safe place to workout I truly think that's INSANE and not my problem. Keep feeding your members pizza and tootsie roll at the front desk.

I’ve been coming here for a good while the experience here is just great amazing I really love the night shift Amber and Ruby they are spectacular friendly and are always checking up and making sure I’m having a good experience. They keep this gym clean and are always on top of everything.

This is a certain kind of fitness club, but it’s nothing like any other gym.They have a clean place, with modern mid-tier machines. That being said, they have some really weird mannerisms at this corporate chain. They seem to want to discourage any serious use of the gym. They have very strange dress codes, an “alarm” that goes off to shame you if you go there and actually work out, and no squat racks. They also hand out candy.I am not a gymrat, I don’t do squats, I don’t like the aggro attitudes at most gyms. I struggle with fitness and have to try hard to stay healthy. I would never work out here.Don’t give in to being unhealthy. You don’t need to go to a gym that panders to your poor health. I had all but given up on ever being fit, and a small change to my diet has changed my outlook. I just drastically reduced carbs, and that’s it. I feel healthier than ever, so keep trying and you will get there. And never give in.

I enrolled at this gym before the pandemic. They stopped billing me and then in October started billing me again without any notice!! I noticed the charges in May of this year. I tried calling to cancel and they said to go into the actual location. I kept going and manager was not present. I finally was able to cancel with an employee but he was unable to refund me for all the months they have charged me (reason I was wanting a manager). I have emailed them multiple times and this still cannot be resolved!! Talk about a gym with no fees and bla bla bla. Don't trust them with your bank info!!! They have taken advantage of this pandemic and have stolen money from my bank!!!! Horrible, just what we need during a pandemic. Great job!!

Planet Fitness is very affordable. They offered me a choice between two memberships. The regular is about 10 bucks per month, and just is for lockers, showers and workout equipment. I chose the Black Card at about 23 bucks and it comes with a whole other area. Hydrotherapy beds/chairs, massage chairs, tanning beds and a nice little lounge area. At the Cathedral City location I did see about 10 flat screens mounted to a beam that runs along the ceiling... I like it there.

Staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed that no equipment was in need of repair. Entire facility is spotless, most importantly the locker/restrooms.

It's all together awesome !!! It's very clean, the equipment is very nice, The staff is very nice and overall it's a great place to workout ! I highly recommend this place to everyone who wants a great place to workout .

Great place with lots of cool features. They charged me twice by when I bought some headphones by mistake and havent fixed it yet. Other than that I am very pleased with the staff and facility.
