I am very new to working out but rrealized it was time to tone and strengthen my body. The team at Alloy welcomed me with open arms. Eachexercise is modified for my ability yet I am encouraged to try and push myself. After only two months

Alloy is the best gym I have ever been to.....EVER! The trainers are amazing, the workouts are always different and focus on total body. The trainers modify workouts to any health issues you may have. The people are all so friendly. I have made many lifelong friends here and look forward to many many more years with my Alloy family!

Everyone at Alloy wants you to be your best. They help you reach your health and fitness goals by designing a personalized workout every time you attend. It’s different every time making it fun and exciting. If you have problem areas such as a bad knee or shoulder they customize the workout to protect your injuries but still give you the full body workout. Jared is my main trainer. I can not say enough good things about him. He is motivating and encouraging day in and day out. He is just plain awesome! The whole group of trainers are all #1 in the business! They also help you monitor your progress so you can see the incredible results. There is no fitness center better than Alloy! Try them today!

Quality Trainers! Great equipment! Clean!! Options for training dates/times. I kind of wish there was an option to come in Sundays for just cardio, but definitely not a deal breaker. The people who go there are very friendly and unpretentious!! No judgement atmosphere. I really am loving it. What’s not to love?

Been active members for 4 years now, and we thoroughly love the experience. The staff are kind and welcoming, and treat you like family. The atmosphere is relaxed, so you can go at your own pace, or if you want a personal trainer they can provide that as well. The owner is always about greeting and talking with his customers and employees. They have everything here from free weights to TRX; from treadmills to rowers. They also have onsite nutrionalists and sports medicine. They also run a service that tracks overall activity in the gym and frequently have fun competitions to encourage active participation to ensure fitness goals. They are definitely a more tailored experience than a big gym.Can be a bit expensive, but it is well worth the extra money!
