I am going into my second year at NPF. I absolutely love it. The environment is friendly and very welcoming. Trainers are all very knowledgeable and work with you on any accommodations you might need. I have had injuries from tennis and they always were able to make accommodations so I could continue my workouts and get results. I have personally known the massage therapist for 10 years and she is just the best. I can't even imagine going anywhere else for a massage. Thanks NPF for being one of the best parts of my day!!!

"I love my gym" How many times do you hear that said? I say it on a regular basis! I have never been "athletic", yet after working out regularly at NPF, I feel better than I ever have. I even consider going to the gym to be a major stress reliever in my life, which is something new for me. The trainers are all extremely knowledgeable and it truly doesn't matter which trainer I work out with because I always feel like I've had a good workout that pushes me a little further than I thought I could go when I walked in the door. And the bonus to all of this is the "we are one big family" atmosphere. Everyone in there is just honestly trying their best to be better and healthier and I never feel any competition to be or do anything other than MY best.

I've been recently introduced to Alloy Personal Training center, and I'm really impressed. You first have to get out of your mind that this is a gym. This is not a gym. It is a personal training studio. Period. If you think of comparing this place to a gym, you'll wonder where the benefit lies, but I can tell you that after a few weeks, you'll quickly notice that the one on one support, the expert guidance in specific exercises, and the accountability are far beyond what you can experience in a regular "gym". It's in the middle between a gym, and a one on one personal trainer. The small group classes are my favorite. I still have the one on one feel, an individualized training plan, and a few members working out with me as added benefit. I have many decisions to make on a daily basis with work, and parenting. Not having to decide what to do to workout and get the maximum benefit is an added plus. I'm just getting started, but let me tell you, if it weren't for the specific appointments I had scheduled, I'm confident that my "gym" time would be a few weeks behind. Thanks Alloy!

I have been going to the gym for several years and am disappointed that it took me so long to find it. I truly feel welcome every time I come. I am never judged and always encouraged. The trainers truly care about me and make sure I am doing things with the right form. They have gotten to know me and my family and vice versa. I am in better health and have made friends along the way. I usually go early in the AM and get energized when I step into the gym and when I leave I have accomplished something great for myself. I can't recommend North Point Fitness the trainers and staff enough...Anthony, Natalie, Kelly, Eric, Maya, Joe, Matt, Laurie, Jenn and others. Thank you!

I love this place! The trainers work you hard but make it fun and the people so nice and very down to earth! You don't get the typical gym crowd who are out to impress. Of all of the gyms I have joined and quit, this is the first one in years that I have stuck with- (over 18 months) and not bored yet!

I had been at a big gym for 10+ years and was looking for something new. Several people I knew recommended North Point Fitness so I gave it a try and am glad I did. The workouts are personalized for you and your goals and are routinely modified. The gym does a great job of setting exercise and diet plans, using technology to track your performance, and motivating members to achieve results, be it through games/challenges or just encouragement. And best of all the staff is top notch, knows you by name, and are always willing to help and offer advice. I wish I had made the switch to North Point sooner.

I have been at Alloy for 20 years. It is the most comprehensive gym I have ever seen. They trainers know their stuff and challenge us to be our best. They truly care about their customers and want them to succeed in their goals. The trainers know the clients and take a true interest in their overall health. It's like the Cheers of fitness clubs. It is a place Where Everybody Knows Your Name.

I really enjoy working out at Alloy Fitness. They keep a file on me so they know what injuries to work around, regardless of which trainer I am working with. They adjust the workout to your level of fitness. They also hold me accountable so that I know they know when I miss a session. Overall, I am very happy with my results. Now, I just need to work on my nutrition ;-) I HIGHLY recommend working with Alloy Fitness for friendly, professional trainers to take your fitness to the next level.

North Point Fitness is a personal training gym. I did extensive research prior to joining here and they have more than exceeded my expectations. You will receive "hands-on" coaching throughout every phase of the process as you work to achieve your health objectives. The staff will meet you where you are and tailor a program that fits your exact needs and desires. All of the Trainers are at the "top of their game"; they are all extremely knowledgeable. They provide only the best cutting edge, scientifically based training. The atmosphere at North Point Fitness is very friendly and welcoming. My wife and I love the "family" atmosphere. So whether you are looking to achieve new results or just maintain the success you already have, North Point Fitness is the place! I highly recommend this facility!

With a few exceptions, I’ve worked out regularly since the mid-80s; in gyms as well as on my own (P90X, Insanity, trail running, strength training in my basement, etc). I’ve never gotten better or quicker results than with the help of the programs and coaches at North Point Fitness. The workouts are always interesting and challenging (I don’t think I’ve done the same workout twice in the last 3 years). One of the reasons I workout is to maintain and improve a level of fitness that underpins the active life I want to lead (like occasional long distance runs with habitual runners, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, etc with friends… and helping people lift and move heavy things). Since joining North Point Fitness, I’ve never felt incapable of doing absolutely anything I wanted (or was asked) to do.The employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and they practice what they preach. They also bring their personalities to work with them – so during every visit I smile, laugh, and have fun while working really hard to achieve personal fitness goals. The members also routinely encourage one another and become like family after just a short time. I love this place!
