Great staff, very friendly and well trained. They wasted none of my time transferring here from another crunch. They have all of the equipment you could need. It isn’t five star because although the selection is wide, some of the equipment is old and there isn’t much space to work with. All around good gym. Love the sauna :)

I’ve gone here for less than a month, but this is a ridiculously nice gym. The staff is great, they’re all really friendly and helpful. There’s also a ton of new equipment, and lots of machines I’ve never seen before. It’s nice to find a place that has lifting platforms in addition to all the new equipment/machines! I can literally do every kind of workout here with the space and equipment, including martial arts with the heavy bags and group fitness room. It’s totally worth coming here, no matter what level of fitness you’re at. No judgmental people, and again the staff is so great.

This is the best gym for someone starting out in the gym. When you are greeted at the front desk there are professional (beautiful) staff that are good at their jobs. They made me feel comfortable and the pricing isn’t bad either $30 a month for access to everything. This place has everything!!! Sauna and locker in the bathroom, shower, (bring a padlock) and the sauna is in the locker room. They have every free weight and machine you could ever want with a lot of people there dedicated to perfecting themselves. I definitely recommend this place.

Overall a very very good gym experience. Clean gym and a nice, helpful staff. However, my only complaint is the closing at 7 on weekends. I'm literally at work all the hours that they are open. I understand closing an hour earlier or so on the weekends but 4 hours earlier than weekdays seems a bit much. I might have to go to another gym because I'm losing money not getting to workout on the weekends even though I enjoy Crunch. In their defense, LA fitness does this as well so it's not just crunch but some of us work on the weekends and want to workout :/.

All the staff are super nice. They wave and say hello. There's always a couple of people making sure the floors and machines are disinfected. My trainer, Lisa, is absolutely amazing. She tailors workouts for what you want out of the experience, changes things on the fly based on your fitness, and gives you the ability to track your workouts and explore new ones for when you're not with her. Crunch has plenty of machines so people can work out and not be on top of each other. I am very happy I signed up with Crunch.

I love the Johns creek crunch! Definitely gets busy for sure, but pretty consistent for most Crunch locations. The staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely clean location as well. I trained with Jordan and he is an awesome trainer and person! I learned a ton from him and definitely made significant progress. Thankful to have gained a friend in the process! Great gym, super affordable and definitely better than any chain I’ve ever been a member of.

Awesome equipment with an incredible staff! Sometimes I feel like I go just for the energy of the people who work there. They make me feel great and welcomed and even know my name! The equipment is fantastic, organized, and always clean. My only regret is I don’t have more time to workout there 7 days a week!

Definitely the best gym I’ve ever been to and the energy is just amazing to be around. The staff is always greeting you with a smile and they are very clean. Also want to give a special shout out to Lacie! She definitely it is very motivating and treats a Place like it’s her own. Hard worker in and outside of the gym and a great friend. 🙌🏾👏🏾 Highly recommend

This place is great! Friendly staff and plenty of different types of equipment for everyone. Can’t beat the price each month either. Check it out.

Not allowed to use equipment as designed. Upon being informed that I was not allowed to use regular (coated metal) plates on the platform/rack, I complied. Later on I was deadlifting off of the floor (not on a platform) using bumper plates on inside of bar, then regular as I added weight. Was told to stop using regular plates on floor (not even a posted rule) or to leave. I left. Staff was polite but I won’t be coming back to this location. The Chamblee location lets you use which ever plates you want. The foundation will handle far more than any human can lift so it’s ridiculous to have a rule forbidding someone from loading the bar with proper plates. The 3” thick rubber on the platform can handle even more. I’ve been a crunch member for 2 years and I really really like the Chamblee gym. If they start with these rules there, then I will cancel my membership.Edit: photo of 695 lb bar is from Chamblee. If you are into power lifting go to Chamblee Crunch.
