Love lifetime! So many machines and classes! As a person just starting the fitness journey it's very beginner friendly. The pricing is great for our family of 4. We utilize parents night out every month and our boys love it!

Management is amazing. Cleaning crew is nice and do what they can. Some of the people that come to this location don’t know how to clean up after themselves! There are bins for your dirty towels sheesh. Other than that I love this place. It makes my lifestyle change a lot easier. 💖 …

Clean facilities and friendly staff, they have trainers if you need them. Great running club for all levels.

I love the whole feel of the gym. The classes are lead by great trainers! I'm a part of Alpha strength and conditioning and the coaches are wonderful--super responsive and positive! Also the pools are well-kept and everything is usually kept very clean. The cycling classes and hot yoga are lead by wonderful instructors, too!BUT, there has been a major shift in the way the front desk people respond to me. There are a handful of them who became super unfriendly.

Was a very nice facility to stop to relax by playing some basketball then chill out at the pool in the shade. Great way to take a break from the GA heat!

I usually go to the John’s creek or Alpharetta location and those are great. But this location does not measure up to life time standards. More than a handful of the treadmills don’t work, the lockers require a card for you to use (which most people don’t carry around since you can check in using the app) and the bathrooms are not maintained. I’ve been here twice already at different times and on different days, both days my experience was subpar. For the amount of money that’s being charged for membership fees, they can definitely do better.

Premium Dollar, Premium ServiceI've been to them all, gyms, there is nothing even close to this level of luxury, cleanliness, and professionalism regarding a gym, I laughed at the price initially, went here for a tour and said.. wow, you know if you are serious and want a place you can ACTUALLY go to before or after work, this place would actually do the job,This is definitely an upscale gym, but with out the upscale vibe, this is the place you are looking for and the price is more than worth it, you would think a gym this big having trouble with cleanliness, makes LA Fitness look like a dirty sock,I will say, for the price, you need to actually go, but the justification is simply, go 3-5 times a week? Worth it. Make a bad decision at a restaurant/bar, you could of just paid for the membership.Oh, the best part? 2 Basketball full sized courts for me, at the peak of the day you actually can play at them? Wow.Second best part? Cafe/Poolside, Work from home, try Work from Pool, or Work from Jacuzzi. You can spend hours here just going to a class, sauna, jacuzzi, swim, or lay poolside or get some food, when signing up you get $25 in what they call "Loyalty Bucks" which can easily be used towards the salon/masseuse services. You are paying for an experience here and I must say this place is IT.

Been here for over 6 years and this specific location is downgrading from year to year. I'm driving an additional 15 min to go to The Jones Creek location in the past year.#1 Kids Academy hours are not updated on their website says open until 2pm and reopen at 4pm where infact I have been told they are close at 12:30pm and reopen at 4:30pm for the past few years and I wasted time with my little one a few times.#2 there are no basketballs at available in the court like other locations.#3 water running extremely low when washing hands at the men's lockers and I need to touch the sink everytime when washing hands.#4 overall not what you will be expecting from an "upscale" club paying over 3 times more then other gyms.Using this location only when absolutely need too. Otherwise I rather driving 15 more minutes for a better experience.

I've been working out here for almost a year and love it! They would get 5 stars if not for this inconvenience. I work out and shower as soon as they open and the ladies locker room has been missing 2/3rds of the locker keys for MONTHS. It may be small to some but daily struggling to find a convenient locker becomes annoying. If they replaced the keys, it would be 5 stars easy!
