1st. Most expensive gym in area. I don't mind paying the monthly. What I don't like is all of a sudden you closing at midnight. If we are paying for a 24 hour gym we should have 24 hour access.2nd. Your manager at night is terrible. Tall white guy with poney trail, blonde. He lets his staff do nothing. I arrive at 10pm, hardly any towels out, floor always covered in towels. Staff just walking around looking confused.3rd. Don't blame your members for the reason you are now closing at midnight. The same manager mentioned above does that. I even heard him tell another member that he is going to make sure they won't start opening again all night because it will make him look like he isn't doing his job. Well he clearly isn't.This gym clearly has management problems that are causing staff problems. My advise hire people that will work and manage. Then you won't have issues.

Changing from being open 24 hours has been a huge pain and inconvenience, I get off work late and I use to love to be able to workout late and relax in the sauna and pool afterwards. Now I have to rush to the gym, rush my workout, and barely even get a chance to go in the pool and sauna without being rushed out as soon as midnight hits. Not to mention that the price has increased as the hours of operation have decreased!!! That is the ABSOLUTE WORST part!!!!! I use to refer people to this gym all the time, I use to speak very highly of this place and could justify the high price to friends and co-workers, I even thought about working there many different times because of how much I believed in the product. Listen I could care less about towels on the floor or lack of towels available, but PLEASE GO BACK TO 24 HOURS!!!!!!!! EVERY SINGLE MEMBER THAT I HAVE TALKED TO ABSOLUTELY HATES THE NEW HOURS!!!!!! I'm positive that you will lose more money in the long run over loss of members and bad reviews than you will save for closing for 4 hours!!!! Closing early has ruined the awesome experience I use to have almost daily here!!!! I wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

I’m honestly relieved to see all of the other single star reviews. This place could not care less about their members. You are only a contract to them. Their member services manager, Terry Wells, treated me like absolute trash today. What a horrendous human to work with and represent the entire member services department. After failing to provide me with the information I needed via email she proceeded to blame her assistant for her lack of response and then told me she couldn’t respond to my emails because she was “out of the club”. I’m sorry, it’s news to me that you just get to ignore emails that come through while you aren’t in the office! After listening to her ridiculous excuses for poor customer service she threw my contract in my face and blamed my lack of knowledge on myself for not examining the fine print 11 months after I signed it. You’re the MEMBER SERVICES MANAGER shouldn’t you be able to respond to my emails to answer my questions so that I don’t have to go back and read the small print like that?! Disappointed in this place doesn’t begin to describe how I feel. My club in Texas NEVER would have treated me this way. You should be ashamed at how you treat your members. Read the reviews lifetime and get a new staff.

Not a great place as it used to be. Staff members did not seem friendly at all. I lost my sense of friendliness and cleanliness in this gym. I am disappointed my membership price keeps going up but quality keep going down. As of now, I will be terminating my membership and find somewhere else to feel more welcome at a different gym.

Very disappointed in the changing of hours from 24 to 20. Locker rooms are constantly dirty with towels all over the floor. I pay a lot for this membership and expect to get my value worth as far as cleanliness goes. Will lifetime be adjusting member pricing with no longer 24 hours? This will be a big factor for me when it comes time to look at renewing my membership. Please focus on your night time business as it is very annoying to see such poorly maintained areas of the club.

Such a great experience! I made an appointment with Troy, he toured me around the gym, which was great. After the tour, he told me to enjoy my workout and feel free to stop by his office, when I was done or give him a ring the following day. Outside of the gym being great, that sold me, because typically you're pressured to sign up for all of these different things and you're sitting at a desk for almost an hour. There was 0 pressure and I really liked that. Troy was absolutely amazing! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM!

This gym has really declined. Years ago it was a great place. I would like to say that I am not happy with you removing our 24 hour access. We signed up for a gym that had 24 hours access not a 20 hour gym. Why are we still paying for full price? RIP OFF !!!!! I am leaving this gym in the next week or so and taking everyone with me unless you revert back to 24 hours. You no longer know how to keep locker rooms clean. I attached a photo. The photo is of a good day. nasty towels all over the floor all the time. No clean towels majority of the time.Employees that just hang out and goof off. They also do nasty things when you are not looking, just FYI you should check on them when they are in the family changing room. disgusting acts!We are paying for your employee actions. You take away hours from us because your employees don't know how to work or act.24 hours or bust!

When your paying over $60 a month for a gym you expect to have at least some decent customer service, nope. Some of the trainers have much better customer service than the other staff members. I canceled my membership & was told I would have till the end of the month to use the gym. Then I see LT charges me again for my membership. Such negligence, just when you thought it couldn’t get any worse.

The amenities are good. Pool, spa, hot tubs, saunas, out door pool and outdoor hot tubs, gym, childcare, studios, rock climbing and more! Customer service sucks to the grave! I am a member there for over 5 years! They have no respect for loyalty members! They continue to increase your membership dues, which causes so many loyal members to leave the place. They have no respect for hard working employees as well. I've seen this place slowly changed and it is not for best. The place is losing its quality with poor customer service. Even when you complain, they do nothing about it. Members are just money to them! For the money members are paying, they should have better customer service!

I do love this gym; it's actually home away from home for me. I love the fact that it's 24hrs! Once you join, it's like you're within a little community. The only thing I dislike is that it gets super packed so at times I go to the Johns Creek location for some solitude. Other than that, the gym is awesome.
