Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym

The front staff seems busy, so there was another staff coming out if we need any help. The lady behind me cut in line n she talked to him, n then even though he saw me, he let another girl behind me asked him questions first.And then finally he asked me what is my question. I told him I got a free pass n would like to try it today. He asked me if I am local n live around here? N if I am really gonna get a membership or not? Come on, if you want me to sign up before even touring, you don’t have to offer free pass at all! And I was very disappointed that he didn’t even give me a tour.I asked if kids can use the kids club. He said I have to be a member to use that. I told him I’d like to see if my kids like there or not first. The Georgia gym let the kids use the club while I was touring?I don’t know if he judged me by my appearance/race, I don’t understand why he put me in the last.The facility looks really nice n brand new, n the staffs in kids club seem nice, but I didn’t feel good about the front staff.The staffs in the kids club watched the kids outside of the door inside, which was a bit far.It made me worried when kids fall from something or have an argument with other kids, the staffs can’t help immediately.

I’ve been attending this gym since January 2022 after being at the one at Vickery for a year and a half, this is my preferred location. The staff members are pleasant, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the machines are never out of order. I have yet to see one broken machine on the floor. Just recently, I completed eight personal training sessions with Pablo P. and I’ve seen a major difference. He’s very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He knows what he’s doing and I have never seen him talking away excessively or on his phone while with a client like I’ve seen other personal trainers do which is one of the reasons why I chose to work with him. He gives you his undivided attention at all times and the results show. Overall, this is a great gym and I pray it’ll only get better.

My wife and I love this gym, we mainly use the classes, and we really enjoy them, and have definitely noticed a change in ourselves since we started.The Kids club is AMAZING, both of our kids enjoy it, especially our 2 y.o boy, it's quite literally his favorite place to go! All of the staff are spectacular , and they never stop telling us how much they love the kids. Kaytelyn and Caroline are defiantly some of our the boy's favorites, they're awesome! Laura is also wonderful. With the kids enjoying it so much it gives me that extra insensitive to go to the gym, thanks guys!

I have been a member at Onelife Fitness @ Windermere for several years and have always found the entire staff to be very polite, professional and helpful. The front desk staff is always friendly and willing to help , Jonathan is always smiling and welcoming with his big smile which is contagious! George works hard to keep the place clean and the machines in good working condition. If I need help with how a machine is beneficial to me he stops what he doing if he can, or will shortly find me and answer my question. I’ve never had any negative issues with anyone there..Vivian Edwards

We just moved here a couple weeks ago and recently joined Onelife and it has been amazing - truly because of the people who work there! They make the gym a welcoming environment.Jonathan at the front desk has helped my kids and me get to and from our car in the pouring rain on multiple occasions. It was so unexpected and helpful!! He makes sure to greet us daily and helps us get to the kids club safely.We love the kids club and all the workers there (Sarah, Bridgette, Grace, Caitlyn, Nicole, Rogan, Madeleine, Bella just to name a few!). They do such a good job of keeping our kids safe, entertained, and happy.Additionally, George and his crew do a fabulous job of keeping the gym in tip top shape! They are always working hard to ensure the gym is cleaned up and in order.

Our family LOVES everything about this gym. We have two young sons, who we drop off at the Kids Club while we work out. Every single Kids Club worker is so sweet, welcoming and friendly. They remember my kids' names and my kids interests. There is a lot to do there for kids of all ages!I love the group fitness classes, specifically Anne and Anita's Barre classes. They are the best!!!

Great staff and environment for working out. There are plenty of different types of machines to choose from - although bring your own lock for the lockers if you want them secured.

1 star not bc its the worst gym ever but bc out of all the Onelifes in GA its the worst. Its a small gym and very crowded with equipment. Finding space is a no go especially since they’ll kick you out of the functional area room mid workout so the can conduct a class with three ppl in it. Like come on its a pandemic we are trying to find a safe place to get a workout in. If you know Im NOT in your classes way, why interrupt my workout for three woman to do squats simultaneously. Also why can I hear the radio over my headphones...no one goes to the gym to hear y’alls playlist.

Wonderful gym! Very clean, great pricing, the staff is super friendly & helpful. Great selection of equipment & layout. Really awesome kids club and selection of amenities as well.

To be fair, the gym and equipment is good, but customer service is not customer focused, focus is only on your money:No COVID consideration; Your membership will be frozen for 6 months as per "Club Policy". No special consideration with COVID.Membership will be reinstated without your knowledge and credit cards gets charged without notifying the member. So you pay for services without even knowing you are entitled to use them.More over they also charge the equipment enhancement fees while membership is frozen without notification.The signup process also was deceptive. They did not disclose the $39 equipment enchantment fees at time of walk through of the signing process and I realized it when I got home. Management does not care about this practice as they support this practice.The only way to get out this agreement is to pay $59 buyout plus one month membership fees.Wish they were flexible and more accommodating considering the Global Pandemic situation. I would have continued the membership if they were flexible.But the communication with their financial partner is a pain and moreover it looks like they care for the $59 termination + one month fees rather than retaining their members. Hence the only option was terminate the membership.I you are looking for good customer service look elsewhere
