Wow...just Wow!! I have been to several gyms in the past and nothing has compared to this gym! From the moment you walk in, the staff is right there ready to help you out. Not bombarding you with signing up, just there to help with a friendly smile. When I got there, Jason showed me around the facility and with every turn I was amazed. The group fitness room was clean, clutter free, and very large and spacious! Nothing like I have seen before! The child care facility was spotless as well, which is nice to know when I have to bring my kids. Jason then showed us to the big open room with all the equipment and what it has to offer. The floors had just recently been done and he said some of the equipment was about to be replaced. Nice to see that a gym is keeping up with the equipment! All the different weight equimpent, cardio equipment, as well as cardio room, circuit area and so much more. This gym has everything, except a pool, that one would need! The women's locker room was just beautiful! I took the group exclusive class and it was phenomenal. The size of the room and the trainers were just amazing. I got to meet Natalia, as well as other trainers during that class. Natalia was so motivating and encouraging, it is just what I needed! I would highly recommend this gym to everyone! Thank you for showing me that a gym really cares for its customers!

Wow! Over the past 10 years, have been a member of Lifetime Fitness, Georgia Fitness, Stage 3 Fitness and I am so happy to have discovered One Life!! It combines the more intimate feel of a smaller gym with the facilities and equipment of a large high-end gym! The locker rooms are beautiful and the group fitness studio is large, bright and airy. The group exclusive classes are also amazing. These classes offer one on one attention, while still remaining budget friendly. I particularly love working out with Melissa Joy, but have enjoyed all the trainers and staff that I've encountered. I would highly recommend One Life to anyone!

I have been going to Atlanta Fitness for a few years now. I find the staff to be very friendly, and the equipment is well maintained and very clean. In fact, they just swapped out most of their cardio machines for brand new machines. The gym still looks brand new, and they continue to add new equipment and expand options. I love the classes (I am going to one this morning). I have friends who have frozen and cancelled memberships, and then re-instated, and nobody has ever complained about an issue with their credit cards. I have never had any unauthorized charges. The price of membership is beyond fair. They have everything from personal training to group training to classes ... the 30 minute express workout ... universal machines... free weights... and everything in between.I don't think it is a big deal to bring your own towel. There are plenty of classes that are included in the membership. Spin, Power, Synergy, Zoomba, Combat, Step... are all included. This location has never had "hot yoga"... so I have no idea what that other reviewer is talking about.

Be very careful of joining here and make sure you understand the terms of their agreement. They say one thing in one place and another in another place. Very deceptive business practices.

Guys be careful and monitor your account while doing business with Atlanta Fitness on Windermere. I would recommend not to share your credit card or any account information with this business as they drafted money from my account for over a year with out my authorization. When you are going for member ship they will push you to set for auto draft and state its their policy and even though you cancel membership they will continue to charge your account. They work with third party billing vendor ABC financials and will keep tossing the ball stating its billing company issue and billing company will tell you as its local club issue. They operator autonomously but if you call reporting this issue they will ask you to call their corporate which actually do not exist , there is no were on web you can find their corporate office details not even on their website also a manager at one of the facility confirmed it that they dont have any corporate office which is a big QUESTION mark as they market as big CHAINBe careful when you report any issue they will ask you to reach out to corporate office and keep transferring the call among each other and give an excuse to not resolve the issue.I have reported abt this business practice to consumer service & governor's office , I will continue to post update as we progress with course of action from CDS office.

I joined this gym because it is close to my house. Apart from this, there is no other reason why we should go here. Their sales staff are very rude and I was really surprised they call them sales people. They don't know the basics of sales. Their attitude is completely different towards Asians. They have decent equipment but their Wi-Fi service is pathetic. I have been going to this gym for 3 months now and I was able to get on their Wi-Fi only 2 times. I asked the front desk about it and they told when they have too many people in the gym, the Wi-Fi service will not work. For the last 1 month, I have been working out at 5:30am in the morning and there are hardly any people but the Wi-Fi service never worked. Some of my friends told me if you want to cancel the service, you have to deal with collection agents.I wish there is another gym within 10-15 minutes of my house with decently behaving people.

after being a lifetime fitness member for 6 years @ $60/month, i was very happy to find atlanta fitness. it's very clean, staff is friendly, and the facilities are more than adequate. they have all the newest machines ( some that even lifetime DIDN'T have) plus lots of group fitness classes. i was happy that they price membership "a la carte"...i don't use a lot of the "extras" (which is what i was paying for at LTF) so my membership is the basic one - $28 a month. my teenager is only $18.... very happy and i can use any of their locations.

We were excited see a new gym being built so close to our home. We had been members at Lifetime in ALpharetta since it was built, and based on first impressions, we thought that we were going to be getting something that was close to what we were used to. NOT! The introductory rates are appealing, however once you peel the onion, you quickly realize that everything there is extra. Towels? Extra. More than the one hot yoga class a week? Extra. Classes? Well...that depends. The large number of classes they boast about largely consists of pay-only classes. In the end, it's not all that much different (in terms of price) than Lifetime. If you have a family and want the entire family to get something out of your membership, then you're better off just going to Lifetime. On the other hand, if you're just looking for a pretty place to sweat, then bring your own towel and you're good to go.
