Onelife Fitness - Windermere Gym

The gym didn't have the best cycle classes so we tried to cancel. What a nightmare! The person who signed us up said we could cancel at anytime without penalty, however this is not true. There is a cancellation fee to cancel each person and then you have to pay the last months dues. I went to the club but they could not cancel. They said I had to send an email to the office. Finally after sending this email I called the number and reach someone in another country who told me to send an email. After 30 minutes I think I finally got it cancelled. Read the contract, since they do not give you a copy.

I have been a member of Onelife Fitness around 6 months. I love this Gym. it is very clean; the equipment is well maintained and up to date. Even though there are a lot of members it never feels crowded. I also train weekly with one of their trainers Jacob Lindenmeyer. I have enjoyed working out with Jacob, he keeps the workouts fun and challenging. I would highly recommend both the Gym and their training staff.

All I can said is the best gym ever. First the RPM indoor cycle class are the best. All the instructors are amazing and this is the only gym have this class every day… other gyms not…I been in this cycle class almost every day for 2 consecutive months and no complains. Also I want to add the bikes are the best (not the cheapest) very soft. is clean. Nice employees.. I’m so happy 😀

cancellation nightmare again. Worst gym I have ever belonged. LA Fitness has better plans and equipment. Sorry I did not join there first.

Cancellation nightmare. After one year, I decided to cancel the membership as my son was away at college and no longer using it. I followed the cancellation process by submitting it in writing, and per the 30 day period per the contract. Despite this, I continued to get monthly charges posted to my ccard account. After several emails, calls, and complaints, Onelife/ABC Financial claimed that they never received my cancellation, and said they would post ANOTHER charge per the 30 day clause! Only after forwarding the original cancellation email, they changed their story and claimed to have "finally found it". Despite this, they never reversed the charges, and I had to file disputes with my ccard company to make it right. I wrote a letter to Onelife management, but was ignored. Stay away from this place, unless you want to pay for your membership forever...

Moved here and this gym is not even a mile from my neighborhood. Great friendly Staff and also great job maintaining the gym healthy and clean during this COVID-19 situation. They check everyone’s temperature before entry and have invested in some machine that helps keeps viruses away and even have wipe stations set up through out the gym by all the equipment.

The facility is nice and the staff is helpful, but the cancelation process is an absolute nightmare!30-day written notice required, where you will be responsible to continue to pay any regular bill that comes during that 30-days, plus a $60 cancellation fee!For my wife and I, that is the equivalent of 4 months of membership just to cancel! And it's all through a 3rd party company.Why can't I just walk into the gym, ask to cancel, and have it all done there. Absolutely rediclious!

Do not sign up! Cancellation process is designed to have you pay forever even when you provide sufficient proof.

Good gym, but needs more yoga classes! Has like 2 a week. Vickery location has multiple a day. Please, more yoga!! :)

Be carefully with onelife , When you sign ups, they never tell customer about 30 days cancellation notice. They said, the processing to cancel take 2 days but must email to them before 30 days(It’s scam money).???. Go different place much better without too complicated for cancellation. NO MORE ONELIFE...
