Visited CrossFit Zanshin when in town for work. I really enjoyed the vibe in the gym. The coach was super helpful and energetic and the programming was awesome. I definitely plan on coming back whenever I’m in Atlanta. I am a CrossFit coach and programmer at my home gym and I would definitely recommend this gym regardless of your skill level.

I love this gym. Every time when the class is over I’m dead tired but I love the feeling I workout hard. All the coaches are friendly and easy to talk to as well as all the members. I enjoy very much.

If you are looking to improve your health this is the place to go. Pete and Karen, along with all of the coaches show a strong desire for everyone to improve their fitness and are truly engaged in showing proper form and technique. Give them a try, put in the effort and you will see improvement!
