Good class, knowledgeable instructors, interesting people in the class. All we do is walk but it is much easier not to trip on a gym floor.

I have enjoyed being a member here for several years. Management seems to be in transition to attract younger people. I need low impact classes, but I will roll with the changes. Love the pools, and the fitness instructors.

Very welcoming friendly people on staff helpful. I had to have a heart monitor put on the Gale that did was very friendly very welcoming, helpful and explained everything in full detail. There's a fitness place here also refreshment bar, clean restrooms overall great place
