I’ve been attending classes for about 2-weeks consistently. This is one of the best gym experiences I’ve had in a long time. Membership is definitely pretty expensive! To cancel a class same day within 8hrs of that class also cost, the heart rate monitor that you have to purchase is $$. Basically - overall good gym, high price tag, nice coaches, membership does cater to a certain demographic, but still a good experience.

If you're thinking about it, just do it. I love this place and after my first class I am addicted! They can be pricey but think of it as investing in your health ☺️ everyone was so nice and welcoming which also made the experience AMAZING and made me a lot less anxious to start something different.

If you hate cardio but need to get it in, give this place a try. The way they split the workouts has made me find a new love for cardio. The coaches are friendly, professional, and enthusiastic. They also show you modified exercises if you have injuries. Definitely give this place a shot. I love working out again, and that hasn’t happened in years.
