I like that it's challenging but not in a way that discourages me. I like the trainers willingness to help and I love the class size.

I love going to Orange Therory because I get a great workout and I don’t have to think. I just do what I’m told. It’s like having a personal trainer three times a week at a fraction of the cost.

I’m in town for a gymnastics event with my daughter and signed up for a drop in 5:30am class online and paid $30 for the class. The day prior, a guy calls me and asks if I can come to a different class and I respond that I can not. I explain that I am in from out of town and that’s the only time I can attend. He then says, “well if you’re from out of town you have to pay $28.” I explain that I have already paid for the class and he proceeds with further attitude saying that it shows up on his side as a free trial. Then he finally says “oh, I see it now.” I explain to him that it’s not very good customer service to act this way when it is their system and his lack of research before calling that is the problem, nor me. He then responds. “I’m just making a call.” “No, you’re calling me, accusing me of not paying for a class I have paid for and trying to kick me out of said class.” Finally I just told him to refund my money as I have no interest in this attitude. I don’t know where Orange Theory gets off treating people this way, but I am completely done with this brand. Never again will I consider giving them a cent.

Absolutely love the environment and the coaches! Such a positive place for anyone at any starting point! It is a quick one hour workout that will have you feeling amazing the second you are done!
