This is one of my favorite Genesis locations. Staff are always friendly. Great views of the city while getting active. Such a great atmosphere.

Genesis Health Clubs sold my personal information after I decided not to buy a membership. I finally responded to one of their many phone calls to let them know I was not interested in buying a membership, and suspiciously, as they stopped calling, I am now receiving an obnoxiously high number of spam emails and phone calls.Edit: The owner can write on google that they don't sell info all they want, but I'm not really convinced to be honest.

I really HATE genesis. I was here when they were transitioning from onelife to genesis, what seemed like a never-ending nightmare of getting tossed from one trainer to the next & after doing so many “initial sessions” when they finally switched me over, they stated they cant find my sessions that I had pre-paid while signing up. Of course, I am frustrated & decided to quit the membership altogether as I had tried other locations & they are disgusting & smelly.However, because of coach Flex, I decided to change my mind & give this place a fourth & final chance. Im definitely glad I gave this place another try because it has been a different experience training with Flex. He’s very knowledgeable & truly cares to explain the process of nurturing a healthy body & sustainable life style choices that is personalized for me. Coach flex truly changed my mind about how genesis operates.

It's ok. The views are awesome, there is a lot of space. Deduct 2 stars becauseALOT of machines are broken. One treadmill almost killed me. The timing on the belt was wonky and as soon as I got into a full stride, the belt would stutter. I wanted to use a different machine and 5 of them were broken. That sucksSecond, the patrons don't understand that shoes and cellphones are not allowed in saunas. Why do you think I want to hear your phone conversation in a sauna while I'm in a bathing suit and flip flops and you are in full street clothes? Ignorant and not what I care to deal with. I left NYC because of ignorant selfish behavior, I don't want to see it here.And to all the guys out there, make sure you look everywhere but at the women so desperate for attention. I saw more 🍑 cheeks than I care to. These chicks are HILARIOUS in their obvious attempts to gain attention. I say this as a trainer from NYC where women were fit but we're not advertising for their OF accounts based upon how they are dressed. I saw some in full makeup just scanning the floor to see if anyone was staring. Clowns. And miss me with that "you're jealous" line...not jealous of uncouth women or anyone, just calling it like it is.

First time visiting Genesis. In town from Houston. Super clean gym. Quality equipment. Friendly staff. Great experience. Will come back when I’m in Kansas City again!

Absolutely gorgeous facility right in the heart of downtown. Austin and his staff were nothing short of outstanding in making my gym experience exceptional.
