Great gym equipment and space both public and personal if you want to have a secluded workout, the locker rooms are clean and nicely spaced with a multitude of lockers. So you have areas to place your belongings.

The gym was very well kept and clean. Very nice amenities and the environment was very friendly. Overall one of the best gyms I’ve ever been too

Has seriously gone down hill since they took over from OneLife. The sound systems in the classes don’t work. Classes start and end late so can’t depend on getting out on time. They also randomly charge your account for no reason. Total typical scammy corporate gym scheme.

Beautiful gym and very clean! We were out of towners and the ladies at the front desk were amazing and so helpful! Tons of equipment and a cinema for movie watching - 10/10!!!

Rob Funke is an all around great trainer. He pushes you to points you didn’t think you could go to. Love hate relationship but ultimately a great experience and would recommend him to anyone

Came in while I was in Kansas City. The hotel gym wasn’t big enough for me and I’m glad I dropped into check it out! As a longtime employee at a racquet club back at home I was impressed with the customer service and how clean the facility was.Also loved the gym culture as no one was making it harder on anyone else.Would absolutely recommend!

This place is beyond amazing. Regardless of your preferred style or training (CrossFitter, Meathead, Cardio Freak) they have what you need. The equipment is the best in the business, clean and well-maintained. The staff is outstanding (hit up Tyler when you're ready for your membership) How often do you find gyms with deadlift platforms, multiple squat racks and free weight barbells and plates?! They have a sled zone even! Lots of nice extras like both a plate load and pin load OHP machine and a swiss barbell. 3 dumbbell zones, multiple rowers, core machines galore.Those little details tell you that they take care of the clientele. Just sign up already. They have what you need. Nice views out over the Power & Light district to add the frosting.

If you enjoy Olympic lifting and are in need of a trainer who notices the smallest details in your form, Omar Ramahi is your guy. As an ex collegiate and retired semi-pro athlete, Omar understood exactly the kind of challenge I needed to thrive. 10/10 would recommend!!

What an amazing gym! The equipment around the facility is really nice and there are multiple machines so you aren’t waiting on other people to be done! The big windows are such a great feature bringing in a lot of natural light that just seems to keep you motivated through the workout! The front desk staff is also super friendly and extremely helpful!

Came in to workout with a friend and found one of the best workout spots! Fitness Advisor Ava were really helpful. They walked me through the gym and didn’t hassle me to buy membership. Great open gym atmosphere!
