Gym improved when Genesis bought out One Light Fitness. They got rid of the easy-to-use wipe dispensers and replaced them with squirt bottles and paper towel rolls in a 5 gal bucket. How fun!! Instead of grabbing towels at the front desk, they’re now abundant in the locker rooms. One might say the locker rooms are overflowing! I canceled my membership because I don’t feel worthy of the excellence. Ok do I get my free T-shirt now?

I have noticed the quality of this gym diminish ever since genesis took over. Every other machine out of order. Mats ripped up, a literal boxing punching glove used as a seat back. The wood flooring is peeling like a sunburn. To fix the water fountain they just slapped some rubber on it and there’s calcium deposits growing all around the rubber seal. Apparently the membership cancelation policy is also a run-around. Old staff is pretty much gone. One life used to be a community. It was a vibe. I’ve made many friends while there and many have left. Hope they do something about this because people have definitely started noticing.

Came in town to visit a friend and found one of the best workout spots! Front desk associates Ava and Taylor were really helpful. They walked me through the gym and didn’t hassle me to buy membership. Great open gym atmosphere! And they even have a boxing bag! Thanks Genesis Health Club!

I love Onelife! I used to work there so I got to train with several of the trainers and have trained with Greg, Kristen, Britney, MacKenzie and Patrick. All of their trainers know how to kick your butt and are super encouraging. I train with Patrick three times a week and have seen serious progress in my muscle mass. This gym is the place to go for training.Parking can be tough at rush hour times. The best times to work out here are 9-10am and 2-3pm. Also late at night; its 24 hours!
